Why don't you do a tour on a house with a garden at the back yard like burna boy back yard...
Than this type of fence preferably no fence at all
The problem with Nigerian design is that they never know how design a kitchen to the taste of a house. Massive house like this yet kitchen is dry.
Well said this is always my issue with these houses in Lagos
The pool is dirty !
I think they should be building a house with a garden and the pool should be separate from the fence it will look more beautiful ( actually that is the kind of buildings I am actually interested in ...)
And yet when it rains, the whole place will be flooded. What's the point really? Inflated prices
Lol. The estate developers must be drunk tbh! My fence has a certain height to which I can take it to? Lol. What if I’m a dog lover and I chose to buy up to four to five security dogs? So I can’t increase the fence to secure my pets cos of some wack estate rules??🙄
Why not central air? The individual a/cs on the wall are very ugly. This is NOT Miami-like. The kitchen should be integrated into the living area, for a truly open concern which is the contemporary style. The architect needs to do better. An elevator is a must. Love the tinted windows!!!! You should take more time to show the full kitchen and bathrooms. After all, they are the best rooms in a house. Oh, you just mentioned the elevator. A nice landscaping with plants is a total miss! The balconies are narrow. Oh, I just saw the rooftop deck. Love it!!!
