The location of the swimming pool and size of the compound are the only negatives.
It’s like a luxury apartment instead of a house. Homes are way too close to each other. It also looks like a nightclub instead of a house. I wouldn’t want to grow old here .

i love the concept and i think its great. it already built thou. the swimming pool popping out close to the car park is a no no. it better they could have made the pool indoor by closing it up with tinted glass.

Rather than make the pool in the drive a negative... as it's built already... can add a short wall or tree fence across the area to divide.

I would put the swimming pool at back of the house, maybe more green in front of the house. The land seems to be small but for the price it's a good deal.

The only fault i have is the land mass , it is not seating on a wide portion of land, secondly the green areas should be improved, to accommodate coconut trees and other beautiful lushes.
