Beautiful estate. We need more of this. However, the government needs to ensure property taxes are increased for these premium estates like their counterparts abroad, and the money is used to develop low-income houses for the homeless. Property taxes for condos and 3 bedroom houses in big cities abroad pay 3-4 times higher. So, it's not about taking advantage of an estate market or “hot cake” and the government is not taxing the owners because they are part of the privileged.
@ I know, but we must expose society's ills if the goal is to create a better society and not just complain daily. Taxation builds the economy fast, as you can see with the world's greatest leader election promises a couple of days ago. We must tell ourselves the truth to develop. The political system from the past leaders from one major region of the country could not use taxation optimally, supported by other groups getting their share. This is the time to change the situation.
What is the government giving to receive property taxes. People get their roads done, water is privately sourced, and security is provided by the estate. If you live abroad, I am sure you know what's obtained over there.I am sure you don't pay for garbage pick-up, abroad
@ Every jurisdiction operates differently. Over the years, this nation has made the rich benefit from so much from low taxation. Can't you see that most families have only two cars abroad, husband and wife, compared to 5-10 cars by people in estates like this? Some people abroad pay a $5000 property tax for moderate buildings that are not solid like these. The government must tax these people, including me, and use the money to build modern estates with roads and water. There are government estates with running taps and roads across Nigeria. This era is to increase taxes. The #1 citizen worldwide has proven what we have been saying for a long.
What percentage of people get their road done? If its as you said, most of the so called estates wont have dilapidated and expired rodad. Govt need to tax the rich accordingly as it is obtainable in other countries. @jummairikoto3533
No trees!! Wetin planting of trees do Nigerians. Even the supposed rich that ought to understand better dont. Most of these estates pay association fees like the HOA in the USA but...
You guys just list your videos with inaccurate titles in that Lagos. The estate is not fully developed and it is not the best estate in Lekki. The whole of Lekki stinks, open gutters with huge sewage pipes draining from homes into the open gutters. Pinnock beach is okay but not fully developed.
675000000 Naira for 1500sqr meter of an empty land?? Just like the empty houses and estates in Abuja most of this estate are money stolen from the government by politicians and there's no other business that is into money laundering like real estate especially in Lagos, Abuja and Portharcourt. In Abuja you can walk into an entire built estate that looks like a ghost town built on stolen funds by politicians and their cronies, at the end of the day it became unaffordable. I live abroad and the kind of deprivation our politicians are giving our people is abominable. Until our society takes the interest of it's citizens into consideration security for all will be a mirage
By God's grace i'm getting a beachfront property soon.

419 Pastor that was chased out of London for siphoning church money!😂
You should deal with your low esteem issues. Bringing something totally unrelated and still finding it amusing is sick and disgusting
Real estate is over price in Nigeria
Exactly! Like what Gold is on the land that makes it worth over half a billion... maybe that why there's still a lot of land
Thank you for this video. Please can you do a video of Cowrie Creek to update us on the current development level of the estate?
Will work on it

How much?
From 400k per sqm for land. For houses from 600m and above

Which part of the title is inaccurate? Juicy? Where billionaires live? Or the fact that it is in Lagos? Kindly answer as soon as you can
