There are many estates with greenery in ibeju-Lekki. It's surprising when some Nigerians think all Lagos estates are "concrete ground". I have known Carlton gate for almost a decade. Imagine if you never saw it in this video. One would think, such doesn't exist. There's another Carlton gate estate in Ibadan all from the same company.
I lived here in 2017 before I moved to Nicon. One thing I loved about this estate is it's tight security. You can't have surprise visitors. It's almost impossible. Any estate that allows anyone in without confirming from residents is not an estate. When I visit my friends and have easy passage to their estate I just feel like they are wasting money.

Some people do not have a swimming pool maintenance culture. It should have been edited out in 03:30 Timestamp. While I attempt to close my eyes so that I am not distracted, this presenter has a fantastic figure and this does not let me appreciate any of the houses. Jokes apart, the houses are decent and the prices, okay, especially for international buyers.

Just say u don't have the money. When has the govt demolished VGC? These high end estates do everything right. Get govt approval etc before they start building. Every plot of land has been mapped out . That's why the estate looks the way it does. Organized.
