    Mr Olu Okeowo mansion is the best when it comes to well developed mansion with massive garden and Olympic sized swimming pool. He’s a man of taste with massive space for cars and greeny. Building mansions is not about the interior alone.

    Beautiful home. Not sure about the price tag though. Maybe consider planting hedges or tall palms all round the house, real trees. For some natural shade and privacy considering the large windows. And then why do you have open drainages just outside a million dollar mansion?

I hope you can quickly make this adjustment with minimal additional cost. A beautiful video by Confidence as always. Well done, girl.❤🎉

      I agree it's entirely counterproductive, but I think it has something to do with keeping away mosquitoes and other unwanted ‘wildlife’. Additionally, I think most West Africans (specifically Nigerians) don't appreciate nature the same way Southern Africans do.

    Nigeria developers should adopt the open plan concept. It makes the common (dining and kitchen) to look bigger and hence eliminating claustrophobia.
    Second, they should plant grass in some parts of the compound instead of making everything a concrete jungle.

    • @555125kevin
      @555125kevin Месяц назад

    Beautiful house though but I hope those windows are also bulletproof proof. There’s no point having a bulletproof front door when the floor to ceiling windows and other doors are not bulletproof. If all the windows and doors including the wall of the house are all bulletproof, then the house is worth the price tag.

      There is no swimming pool. Besides, you expect the materials in a home of 1.6b to be customized, but you can find those materials at Amazon in a public space. Lastly, unnecessary hiking of our inflation by this realtors should be condemned. How many Nigerians are legitimately buoyant to finance such a home(1.6b). It’s ridiculous and a motivation to financial crimes in Nigeria.
