I disagree. The dark areas on the footage are lost, so the dynamic range is very low. We should be able to see the dark shadow areas. Also, JP should use language like "noise" to describe a waterfall, and there are a number of other things like not pointing out that a 6 person dining table is ridiculously small for such a house. He can easily smooth that over with, plenty room to swap it for a large 12 or 14 person dining tabe. And he got the 3rd bar chair count wrong...etc. How many times do we have to know that all that furniture comes with the house. We got it 4 times or more, which totally kills the value(someone might actually value it). . But this house has great bones, but it would take a lot of money to update this busy and really what looks like someone who thought that they are a designer, and they had money for certain materials and just slapped things together. Some of the things are ridiculous. Outside is actually rather tame. But inside needs a complete make over. One of the most ridiculous things in that house which is just a small example we see off the start is the barn door glass separation at the bar with the glass doors. LOL... Are you serious?!!! I mean, IF you really need to for some reason separate that and close it off, you might want to use some shutters or something. But barndoors. Come on...and thats the start of the disaster design and materials used. BUT, the structure is very nice. I give that a TOP A. Even the exterior is OK to very good. The person that would love such a design has no taste nor design understanding and only goes by labels.

Don’t care for sunken rooms and would change the accent wall from green in the front seating area on entry. Would change the color of the tile on the lower kitchen island. Agreed. Never saw black paper towel😮. Don’t care for the living ceilings. Would’ve liked a larger pool but looks like a lap pool. Ha. You just said it. Jp. I had to sit on my hands. This home is amazing.
