of coz not. FYI, this home was sold for 5M in just 2 years back in 2020.
@@DNKF not really, that sale price is for the 3 bed / 2,495 sq ft property that was there previously, so that price tag is for the lot really.
@@cherveto Still not 5x times of original price tag. Estimators said this home may cost max 2-3M to build including all fee. The material they used are commonly used in new town home so it won't be a "luxury home" at this price point. However, we all think there could be some rich dummies to pay this price tag tho and we are really sorry to them.
@@DNKF list price set by developpers is always way too high, I guess to create some kind of a buzz but I would say $18M to $22M is the range this house might sell at.
$15M could do but beautiful home, nice and cozy and great tour JP😊👍

Really nice kitchen. Double island. Unique cabinet color. Cozy breakfast nook. Butlers Pantry. And a secondary kitchen. Beautiful backyard. Oh. A 2- bedroom guesthouse. W/D. Very nice. Yes. I love how big the Master's bedroom and how the whole house have a certain theme.
It looks like the master bath has a steam shower. RedFin often doesn't mention those details and if that shower IS a steam shower, that's 100% something I'd want to know by viewing your video. I often am only interested in homes if they have steam showers, especially in the gym or master bath. Just FYI for some of your future videos to remember to mention. It's a big plus and takes lot more work/money to install.
You Miss one of the best things in the backyard, The Giant wood Box its a projector on the white wall, which will be magical at night, watching a football game from your Pool.

Ok its killing me and I have to ask, does anybody actually sit on one of these benches in the showers? I don't get it. My wife would have that filled with about 140 different soaps, shampoos, and conditioners and that would be the end of a functional bench.🤷♂️

FOR $25MILLION this house is too BASIC, & SQUARE with tight hallways & UGLY stairs.
You have a lazy camera man. Why didn't he shown the movie screen? He just stand in one space. Get a new camera guy with experience.
You could save about 15 minutes if you would just show the house instead of telling us every 3 seconds what we are going to see. You must have mentioned the basketball court about 4 times, the outdoor pool about 7 times, the foliage about 8 times…..
