Having an A- tier and putting Jozu and Vista there would've made this more fair imo. The other people in the B+ tier, Sunbell and Seagull, they were clashing equally with likely weaker versions of Vista and Jozu. Which places them above B+, but you obviously can't give them an A. So an A- tier would be perfect for them.

Top 5? Roger, WB, Garp, Shiki, Xebec. Some of those aren't confirmed, but it is likely those 5 are the top. Imu might be there, idk if they were in the roger era.

I gotta take the Roger Pirates on this one. The inclusion of Bullet for me takes it from an extreme diff to a high diff for the Roger Pirates. Simply because just about everyone but WB, BB, and maybe Oden I can see Bullet taking them on. Roger, Shanks, and Rayleigh/Gaban would be fighting those Bullet couldn’t handle. Plus whoever out of Rayleigh and Gaban isn’t fighting Oden can back up Bullet. Not to mention currently I also still have Shanks over BB.
As long as the fight is on screen, off screen off screen no mi is too op
Whitebeard will ultimately defeat Roger.
Prime Marco will take on gaban.
Oden will defeat bullet.
Prime Ace will defeat Rayleigh.
After that it's just a unfair fight.

Now if you want to talk about an unfair fight it’s when Bullet beats Ace and Shanks beats BB who both move on to another opponent. That’s Bullet and basically a second Roger being freed to help in other fights.

We gotta also think strategy. The WB pirates have a lot of zone control and long range fire power. Both WB and BB got the Gura Gura, for example. Armament infused quake waves coming in non stop would be hard to get past. On top of that they have Marco to heal everyone up all the time. I just don't see the Roger pirates getting into range for battle at all
Prime Rayleigh is not top 5 all time, him stopping Marco who's not in his prime is not such an insane feat since base queen was tanking his attacks. Him being Roger's right hand man makes him relative to him but there's still a huge gap between their power like there is with Luffy and Zoro.

Whoever put Ace on the Roger pirates watched two piece. I think the whitebeard pirates have more heavy hitters but the Roger pirates have more top tiers. I think the whitebeard pirates could take this though, the Roger pirates only have one df user so they have a disadvantage, and the whitebeard pirates have so many heavy hitters even the minks and thatch are able to put up fights

We havent seen roger in his prime either, when roger and whitebeard fought whitebeard was in his prime they were equal strength, and roger was still a few years away getting to laughtale, roger definately powered up way more in this period than what whitebeard did. This is evident by how much oden powered up from then and when he fought kaido, plus how many adventures he went on together. Meanwhile whitebeard in this time was doing barely anything apart from cruising around with his family having picnics.
Roger was on a level on his own out of all these guys including whitebeard no cap we will see soon enough

Roger pirates clear IMO. Roger scales higher than WB due to the narrative painting him as stronger, as well as Roger being sick clashing with WB in his prime. Prime Rayleigh with Oden and Scopper just scale higher than literally everyone on WB’s crew other than WB himself. Whitebeard’s crew is very top heavy and while he does have Shanks another emperor Rayleigh is about Emperor level himself, not to mention Blackbeard is also there with the gura and yami. Roger sweep 👑 🧹
Roger was sick during his clash with Whitebeard but whitebeard was also not using his devil fruit. If he was, then I doubt the island could withstand the quake attacks from a prime whitebeard

The guy, after suffering numerous injuries and in an even worse condition, still did massive damage to Marineford with one attack.

I think the whitebeard pirates win because of Ace and Blackbeard, Imagine Ace with the awakened mera mera no mi and advanced versions of the three types of haki which i think he would've obtained in his prime. Plus Blackbeard, who, without the gura gura no mi was able to give Shanks a scar. He literally couldn't have caught Shanks off guard or did a suprise attack since Shanks has top tier observation haki.
One there’s two aces so they cancel out each other and realistically if roger was still alive wb would have never had ace, also in no world do you believe something that happened over a decade ago still matters shanks was weaker back then and didn’t have as strong of a Haki as he does now, also that scare doesn’t tell us nothing as it was off screen, but It seems like we have prime shanks with 2 hands he’s completely bodying BB. Also bb stated he couldn’t beat shanks at marinford so saying he didn’t catch shanks by surprise is just weird.

EOS BB (Prime Blackbeard) would beat Shanks in a fight, doesn't matter if he has one arm or two arms. As i told you Shanks has one of the best observation haki and future sight so bb catching him off guard is highly unlikely.

izu, inu, Neko would all be fodder when we are talking about other characters in their prime who have way more potential vista hasn’t even shown much except clashing a bit with mihawk who obviously wasn’t taking him serious. I gotta give it to the Whitebeard Pirates with some caveats. First, Ace is only on the Whitebeard pirates. He shouldn't count toward the Roger pirates and therefore doesn't cancel out. Second. Douglus Bullet is non canon so he isn't on the Roger crew. Whitebeard has the quantity while Roger has the quality. Despite that I don't the the quality of the Roger pirates is that much higher to give them the win.

I got to say with black beard I believe his haki is a tear I think there is just to much he has done to not give him that and I think one thing that not a lot of people remember is how shanks got that scar he said it him self he was not being reckless in a 1v1 black beard scared him and this was back in the day so both of them were weaker I also think he will be the final villain luffy will have to face to be the king of the pirates and to be able to face luffy you need advanced armorent haxi advanced observation and conquer.
