    I don't run anything special through my equipment. Two strokes, I use Echo Red Armor oil which already has stabilizer added and on top of that, the gasoline I use to mix it up also has stabilizer in it so it's like a double shot. Blower, trimmer, and hedge trimmer start right up in the spring with no issues. Same thing for the 4 strokes except with just straight gas with stabilizer. Use the fuel shut off and close off the fuel line then burn whatever's left until the engine quits on its own. Key is, no gas left in the carb. Starts right up in the spring with no issues. Works for me!

    I run the 2 stroke oil and have been very pleased with how everything is. I personally dont run premixed for myself but if I had to let someone borrow my tools id have them run this or something I mixed so they dont run it to lean an burn the engine up. I dont even winterize my stuff anymore just keep it started once a month without issues but this is a great add on if you need to.

    I use REC-90 ethanol free fuel from the local gas station and Echo Red Armor oil, I use Sta-Bil to winterize them. I feel like the REC-90 ethanol free with Red Armor is the same as your VP fuels if not better!

    Just use good 2 stroke oil and regular gas (ethanol free is a bit better if you find it). However, this canned premixed gas is astronomically expensive and seriously cuts into profits for no real purpose.

    I don't see for sale online and don't see this thing saying it's a winterizer fuel on the bottle. It does sound like they're really good idea.
    Does it say winterizer fuel anywhere on the bottles?
    You are making me want to buy it for my personal 42-in Gravely Zero Turn mower. I did residential and commercial residents lawn maintenance when I was 15-18 years old and that's why I bought what I bought. It was the best mower back then that I'd used.

    I’m fairly certain that things like this are not necessary in Australia. I thought I heard that all these additives are already in all our petrol stations all throughout Australia. I don’t run a lawn care business but have never heard of the few Australian based lawn care businesses on RUclips that they have never needed to do this. I’m I right in saying this? Would this be necessary at all for the regular home owner cutting their lawn?

    Hey Brian! So I am currently a sophomore in college and have plans to go to Physical Therapy school but I recently won a business competition and got some free money to start my lawn care business! I will be starting next spring and have been watching your videos like crazy. I have had a really serious thought keep going through my mind of “do I need a college education? Can I just get this business up and going and make this my career?” I have had a smaller lawn care business in the past, but this one seems more real. Would you recommend I at least get a bachelors degree while I do my business and then go full time with it, or is it worth it to just go full time and earn money without going to school?

    • @dandennis8465

      You could go to a community college and get an associates degree and then transfer to a 4 yr college of you desire.

    • @BriansLawnMaintenance
      @BriansLawnMaintenance  2 года назад +1

      My attitude is take the time and money and invest it into education, not college. College isn’t going to help you run a business. That being said, invest into education that will help you in your endeavor. Maybe community classes, CEP classes with your states green industry association, etc. take that money and put it to work in your mindset first and equipment second.

      I agree with you. All gasoline has additives that degrade with stabilize treatment too. The trufuel is gasoline free which protects the fuel system in the four strokes and the two stroke engines. I run all my gasoline out of my products for storage. After storage I use ethanol free fuel with my equipment. I use the sthil HP Ultra in my two stoke engines along with my Sthil 4 mix engines too.

      It’s a premix fuel yessir. The standards on it are extremely high, way better than the rest (based on data), but I’m not an engineer / chemist so I can’t weigh in that well. I was on a webinar learning more, I wanted to share the details, but I gave up bc it’s above my pay grade haha. I just said, is it good or great, they said short story long it’s next level fuel and the way it has its detergents / additives etc
