The all new Canik TTI Combat is here! We are happy to bring this review to you and show you what this all new Taran Tactical Innovations and Canik collaboration is all about. This thing is one sweet shooter and is packed full of features.
In the future we will do a comparison or a head to head with the Canik TTI Combat Vs the Shadow Systems XR920P or Canik TTI Combat Vs Walther PDP Pro with a PMM comp. This comped pistol comes with a nice case, challenge coin and is one of the best values on the market.
Spiral fluted barrel, comped barrel, slide serrations and Taran Tactical upgrades. This is an entry to a TTI pistol. If you have seen John Wick movies, you have seen TTI pistols, rifles and shotguns. This pistol performed great and shot awesome!

Went in to buy my first gun ever. Looked at the 19x because everyone always said "get a glock". Shot the glock, liked it but didn't love it. Decided to buy it anyway. At the register, I see in the glass casing, a nice looking two toned grey and black pistol with a red dot voted "best pistol of 2017". Out of curiosity, I asked if they had one like that I could rent and shoot and they said sure. They out my checkout on hold while I took my rental canik TP9SFX to the firing line. 10 rounds... after finished firing at about 10 yards, I was in shock.. there was only 3 distinct holes on the target. All touching. All on perfect center. I literally keyholed all other rounds perfectly through that center hole... I went back and bought that canik in the glass along with the glock. Still to this day, one of the best guns I own. Probably about 8k rounds through. Never had a single malfunction. Purchased back in 2018. Amazing guns 🔥

@@waderaeman8632 keyhole is when the bullet goes in the same hole as the hole that's already on paper. Exactly how a key goes into the hole exactly fitted for it. I don't know why people now days reffer to keyhole as something bad.
@waderaeman8632 keyholing is not always referring to a round going sideways, it’s also used for putting two shots or more through the same hole.
Honestly I have no idea why people started to use the term "keyhole" for what was just known as a "tumble". They both already had their own distinct names that matched what the bullet was doing perfectly.
I picked mine up yesterday and took it to the range today. This gun is hands down the best Canik so far, and yes I do own other Canik pistols. Fantastic pistol from Canik and TTI.

Only reason I left Canik was at the time I couldn’t find a lot of items I wanted from Mags to certain holsters. They have blown up past few years so maybe I’ll tinker around with them again
Mags are super easy to find for me now. They’re always in stock online and big box and local gun stores usually carry them

I own six Canik pistols from the Mod 2.0 to the SFX Rival, and love them all. I picked this one up today (mostly for the challenge coin 😉) and absolutely love it. By far my favorite Canik.

Just bought one 2 days ago, then put a Holosun HE507C-GR red dot on it. Can't wait to get out and shoot it. I have the Rival SFX Trophy Edition, and it is a smooth shooting gun as well! I was definitely pessimistic about Canik to begin with, but I am hooked on them!

Waiting to see one in person, but love the Rival. Only issue I’ve ever had with a Canik was with several Mete versions I had. Eventually they all had striker issues with dead triggers after firing one or more rounds. Sadly, I no longer have any Mete versions.
Oh really?! That’s not good at all. I haven’t owned any mete versions outside of the MC9.
No issues here. Mete SF with roughly 1,300 rounds down range. No problems thus far.
My mete sft is my current favorite handgun. Can shoot it so well. Even a better trigger, now that it’s broken in, than my p10c has.

@aleffel9668 depends on use. For competitive use, I say the steel frame but for carry, home defense and range use, pick the TTI Combat

This reminds me of the MR920p and the Smith and Wesson M&P9 PC Spec Series with the comp attached (I was looking at both today lol) I want that Smith since I have my M&P 10mm PC with the built in compensator but this canilk is awesome! It reminds me of a supercharged METE or TP9 Elite

Great video! Deciding between the Canik TTI Combat and Shadow Systems MR920P or XR920P for my next pickup. Which would you recommend?
XR920P it’s the flattest shooting and smoothest. If you want the best all around meaning range and carry, the MR920P is the best choice.
Purchased 2 weeks ago from RangeUSA. An absolutely lovely piece. Might be an "under the sofa queen"...lighted, green lasered, accessible and ready to rock when needed in time(s) of duress. Accuracy and speed won't be a question with the TTI Combat while in close...

What drop leg system are you using on your QLS adapter? Also, what underleg strap do you use? I don't seem to like the ones I have been finding because they bite my waist and I'm hoping your system is more ergonomic.

I have the Canik TP9 Combat Elite the Sailiant collaboration and it’s a tack driver for a striker fire. Yes the trigger on the Canik is better than any other factory striker trigger.

Decent pistol, the CZ P10 strikers are better imo in the 4.5lbs. But the best striker is the Grand Power Q100 has factory flat trigger 3lb striker and an amazing reset. Probably need to check them out.

@nicholasdangelo8174 Most underrated pistol that nobody knows about. You can pick one up right now under $400 for the Mark 12 before the Mark 23s get released to the US. And you'll compare that pistol which costs $400 to $1500 race pistols. The only gripe is the takedown and reassembly for cleaning. Once you get it down though easy peasy.
It just wouldn't be an Ohio day in the spring if it wasn't rainy, cold and soon enough snowing. Sweet looking pistol though, hoping to find one at my LGS soon

Depends. If it's for ccw, then xr920p. Way lighter for carry.
XR920P. It shoots flatter by a considerable margin. The trigger isn’t nearly as good buts it’s not a bad trigger either. If I had to pick between the two? I’m taking the XR920P. If it’s between the three, then it’s thr XR920P, PDP Pro and then Canik. The Canik is a damn good pistol tho. With any of them, you can’t go wrong.

For the price Canik punches way above their weight class when it comes to quality and reliability. I have the combat elite but I very well may have to give this one a try. Canik and TT collab, neither one puts out junk. Seems like a win win.

Literally favorite part of this gun is the fact you can mount a full size optic with the ability to keep your rear sight. Canik messed that up bigtime with there other models. I love my sfx and rival but it only accepts micro footprint if you keep the rear sight and the rival deletes the rear sight.

Do a video comparing this vs the mr920p vs the pdp pro with or without the comp. I’m looking at these three trying to pick one.
And do u have any videos on how to shoot iron sights. I can’t see shit and only been a dot shooter till today I tried iron on the psa micro dagger comp. And I suck big time.
I’m avg with a dot on the shadow mr 920. And even better with the staccato c2 limited with a comp.
But I’m missing from 10 yards with the micro dagger.
The easiest answer to that is just use the red dots! They are the way to go. However when shooting irons, try to remain target focused, blurry rear sight slight blurry front sight, clear target. Equal height equal light when shooting irons in regards to how they are aligned.
How does the muzzle rise compare to the axg legion? How about its return to zero on followup shots?
Return to zero on follow up shots is good. Really good. It’s not as soft or flat shooting at the AXG legion, but the AXG isn’t 500 dollars better

You can swap barrels on this and remove the comp… full size grip with compact slide, that’s what I did with my SF and METE SFX

Alright man after shooting both, in your opinion is the tti worth the $300-400 more than the polymer Rival? Does the trigger feel the same? I do appreciate the full size rmr option while keeping your rear iron. Big pet peeve of the polymer rival dark side was losing the rear site unless you went with the small rmsc plate with the built in rear site.
I'm sure these things will be complete unobtanium for the next 12 months like the rival-s was when it launched.
Hmmm no I don’t think it’s 300-400 better as far as how it shoots. However, I do like the grip textures , optics cut, comp and trigger better. The optics cut and not losing the sight is really nice on this. It does shoot nicer but not 300-400 better. Give the TTI a few months maybe even 6 months, scoop one up when the hype dies down and they are cheaper.
@HuntFishShootChannel right on man. It's definitely a beautiful piece and obviously the canik triggers are the best out there. I was just skeptical/curious if the Taran name being attached is worth the elevated price. I'll probably hold off at initial launch and see what price and availability looks like 6-12 months.

My local shop knows he’s getting some but he doesn’t know if he’s going to get with the optic or without. But I know I have first pick so I’m hoping he gets non-optic so I can go ahead and put a 507c or may try out a sro

I love the fact that T.T. teamed up with Canik. This is a. SWEET pistol. I wish T.T. would team up with Smith&Wesson on coming out with a KICK ASS version of Smith&Wesson M&P9 2.0 4.25 metal pistol and or T.T. teaming up with shadow systems company. 😎🤘🇺🇸🍻

The holster has been great. At this point that holster probably has no less than 20,000 draws on it and has been to classes and used in almost every pistol video on the channel since mid 2020.

I've got mine coming in today, but I can't find anyone who makes a holster for it yet. What holster do you recommend with a light setup?
Well if safariland makes one for a 4.5 inch Canik then that would be number one. If not them, then Blackhawk T series would be the next bet. I used a Blackhawk Omnivore for it in the video. Check out the Phlster Floodlight or the T1 Concealed MSP for concealment.
@HuntFishShootChannel I called tier 1 directly and they haven't been able to get one, so they can't make a holster yet. I want one that can take the safariland fork attachment for a drop leg and a belt loop owb.
@@epsolutions7 the MSP model is based off the x300 or TLR light and a multifir holster. I have seen a lot of good things about them!
