Love the views of this apartment. Theirs no other buildings in the way looking at other people's windows.
Beautiful like my dream apartment
👍👍👍👍
So… how much?
expensive but worth it. This is a billionaire's tower and very lower occupancy. you wont have neighbors living here fulltime and all amenities to yourself.
16 Million
@@WaldRealEstateI see why the price is but I have a apartment only a bit smaller then this with a equally nice view, one of downtown Manhattan and the Hudson, and excellent amenities like a pool which is a few stories up I also have floor to ceiling windows and my rent is 4k a month.
@@BigSkrufAudi is it worth it though?
If this apartment is worth 16 million dollars. You could buy a house for that price and have a beautiful yard with a pool in the backyard and possibly a outdoor kitchen. With the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms and a bigger kitchen with a walk-in pantry. And have a separate laundry room and lots of storage for your extra things. And you can own it someday when you pay it off for the same price as this apparent. Exspecailly when you love to have all the privacy you want without having a privacy fence put up so nobody is knowing your business.
