Definitely one of my favorite buildings on this block for the same reason Ryan mentioned : because it did start it all. So much so I decided to watch this video TWICE. ☺ Understanding most of the decor is brought in for scale/imaginative purposes only most times, I can excuse the blandness and just would be ready to start importing my own stuff and searching for new key pieces to help tie it all in together. However, that kitchen is fine just as is! Pretty decent for a non full-floor apartment. And it's my initial 😉 Okay so only thing I'd change is the TV in the living room. I'd have to upgrade that wall with Samsung 75" frame TV 👌🏿 And Yay to Sara Gore for killing it!!

The natural light is ACES. You get to watch Central Park as the leaves change and the snow fall. You get a front row seat to the Thanksgiving Day Parade. You can walk to Broadway and to museums. The cons are that there will be a ton of tourists in your neighborhood, and the neighborhood will have very expensive restaurants and grocery stores compared to other places, but hey, it’s NYC.

I don't need to house many people, and you're on top of a hotel, so why have many bedrooms?
In a scraper to have a great view of the back of an old building...I'd really need to love that building to have it over a full park view. The higher floors do command a significant premium for the same floor plan. When in the market...I think worth it 😀

Plus they are white. The mass that is the row of chairs (!!) overpowers the room more than the sofa does.
