    I just finished making this cardigan last night, my 16 month old daughter looks so beautiful in it. I decided to use a zipper instead of buttons. I love it! Its so stretchy I think it will still fit her next fall and begining of winter ☺️

    • @deek6913
      @deek6913 2 года назад

      Can you tell what size hook you used? Or differences you made? I want to make one for 18 months.

    • @girlgonewisej
      @girlgonewisej 2 года назад

      @@deek6913 I used 4.5 mm. I kept fitting it on her as I crochet along to see if it fit coz she’s a bit thin and tall so now at 23 months she still fits into 18 months clothing very well.

    This sweater turned out THE CUTEST EVER!!! Did a 2 row stitch decrease in the last two rows of the sleeve, to make them more fitted around the wrist. That was the only adjustment. Used a 4mm hook and 4 worsted weight yarn. My sweater came out to look about size 9-12 months. I followed all directions for sweater.

    Having trouble with edging along the panels I am doing it for a girl and you start on the left side for a boy on the bottom so should i fallow the same thing that you did but make button holes instead of for the buttons witch the buttons are are on the right side. when you did the button holes you started on top for a boy a little confused?

    The only part I’m unsure is after yoke and starting row 2 of body is the first stitch under both stitches then back stitch only . It looks that way or is entire sweater done in back stitch only ty .

      Yes. The first st is through one loop in the video but I recommend you go through both loops for both first and last st instead. Either way it will work out.

    If I took this pattern and just scaled it up with more stitches in each row would it work for an adult size cardigan ?

    Love this garment. Please will you tell me the hook size for a 2 tto 3 year old and the starting chain? Your tutorials are marvellous. Thankyou. I await your reply.

      Thank you 😊 I would use a 4.5mm hook if you crochet loose or 5mm and you just make it in the exact same way as this tutorial. I hope this helps and thank you for your support 🤗
