Finally finished! It looks amazing! This is the first project where I really felt like a pro at crochet. I made this for a teddy bear, so I made the torso and arms shorter. It's so cuddly and cozy and looks fantastic!
Muchísimas Gracias por tu explicación tan clara y sencilla, me salió perfecto el tamaño del Cardigan con tus indicaciones. Realmente Precioso Diseño. Nueva suscriptora, saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷❤
I like your video much better than another video I saw that has this same sweater which is made just a little differently. The subtitles at the top make this video so easy to follow. Thank you.
You're one of the first I've seen on RUclips that holds the yarn like me. I thought I was doing it wrong this whole time. Beautiful cardigan btw. I have followed for more ideas for my little one:)
Except for being left handed..I tension my yarn exactly like this as well....were you a knitter ? I thought that was the reason for my holding the yarn between my fingers.
@impunitythebagpuss I've never knitted before. However my introduction into crochet was in a portiguese style taught by mother who is left handed. Despite that, I've tried and tried to hold the yarn as the others do, but its not happening. 😅 Perhaps that solves the mystery?
hi just finished the cardigann... very lovely pattern. but i didn't put the buttonholes🥲 my bad... but it turned out good... thanks for the pattern❤❤❤.
Wonderful pattern, extremely easy to follow. thank you, I would definitely buy the pattern if you ever sell the written pattern (PLEASE DO!!) I'm just waiting on some buttons I've ordered then I'm finished. Awesome! Thank you :)
I Love this Tutorial so much ❤ its the Perfect sweet Little Cardigan and its so fun to crochet🥰 if i want to do it in a very small baby size, how many ch do I Need in the beginning? Thank you so much 🤗
I started one of these using #3 yearn and a 4mm hook. The yoke turned out to be 9 inches across the back so the size for a two year old instead of an infant. I tried again using a 3.25mm hook and it still turned out too large. For a newborn do you thing I should go down to a 2.5mm hook maybe? I'm going to finish both of these because babies grow fast but I'd like to make one that will fit my newest great grandbaby right away and the baby will probably only weigh about 5 lbs
The intended yoke size for 0-3 months is 18" so 9" across is right. You could do one less row before divide for armholes. Or I have the preemie size pattern on my website.
@@babycrochetdesigns thank you so much. I actually did find your preemie pattern a couple days ago and have made three cardigans with it. I really love this pattern.
Hi found this pattern easy to follow until ribbing. When you reach the shaping on neck is it still 2 sc in each stick. And The back I’ve done 2 stitches between clusters and and one stich in middle . But it’s very baggy. Any help thanks
Hi could I use chunky wool with this pattern and larger hook size what size do you think it would turn out I’m looking for 1/2 years and 2/3years is that possible thank you
You know how there's a "right" side of the crochet project, and the "bad" side? I tried turning mine inside out to get the neat side outwards but...both sides look the same. Wavy and "line-y". ..does anybody know how this happened? Could it be that I have been turning it the wrong way when I start the next row?
Can you suggest how I could make this for a 2 year old with size 4 yarn? It’s not easy to get size 3 yarn where I live! I tried making the 1-2 year size in your pattern with size 4 yarn and it was incredibly large! Maybe I need to switch to the 6-12 month instructions instead?

Hi
at the sides of the clusters its 2 sc per row, if you are finding it baggy at the back of neck, do 2 sc per cluster😊
Hi how would I make a toddler size 2 or 3 yr old?
The written pattern has sizes upto 10 years
Thank you!
Not me looking all over the yarn label for a number & not seeing “Worsted” right in the name 😂
I know, right? Lol!
Hi could I use chunky wool with this pattern and larger hook size what size do you think it would turn out I’m looking for 1/2 years and 2/3years is that possible thank you
It might work depending on your gauge
Can I ask roughly how many grams for this cardigan ? I buy 100g balls so how many would I need ? Thanks
It depends how many metres per 100g, but I would say 2 balls
Beautiful cardigan. How much yarn is needed for the project?
100gm

There's no wrong side 😊
Is there by any chance a similar cardigan for adults? Or just measurements?
I have the written pattern available to buy for adult sizes
I need one for a two year girl😢❤
The written pattern has sizes upto 10 years ☺️
What age/size is this for please?
Check description
From 0 to 3 months
Can you suggest how I could make this for a 2 year old with size 4 yarn? It’s not easy to get size 3 yarn where I live! I tried making the 1-2 year size in your pattern with size 4 yarn and it was incredibly large! Maybe I need to switch to the 6-12 month instructions instead?
Using size 4 yarn and 4mm hook you will need to make a size smaller if using a 5mm hook make two sizes smaller 😊
What should be the number of chains if we do this pattern for 3 to 6 months baby
the same, just use the same hook size with a weight 4 yarn instead of 3
Work on screen so we can see you working
Is there a written pattern?
Yes the link to written pattern is in the description ☺️

What size are you making in the video I’m looking for 0-3 months
It's 0-3 months with weight 3 yarn, 3-6 with weight 4
Thank you
Is there no sound
I am watching this to go with an Etsy pattern purchase but it is so very fast I can’t follow sadly
You should be able to change the playback speed on the video. Click settings and playback speed
Would be nice to put a supply list at the beginning of tutorial
The supply list is on the write up

It was all fun until I got to the ribbing part. Ugh I hate to complain but I'm taking it apart I can't with my fingers
If you dont get on with this ribbing you can do front post back post or any border you prefer
Beautiful cardigan. How much yarn is needed for the project?
