My name is Dmitri, i live on the Gold Coast Australia. I remember a tingling sensation i would experience when i was young, as i grew i found i could trigger the experience when i found the right set stimuli like the tone of a person's voice, gentle massage, watching someone focus on a task. Over time i found and experienced many different situations to learn about all the different triggers for ASMR. I loved watching massage video to experience ASMR so i like to create videos to replicate these experiences with other, like head massage, back massage for total body relaxation.
What is ASMR ?
When your cranial nerves receives information in the form of sight, sounds & Senses your brain may process this information as let us say a "trigger" When you cranial nerves find that perfect combination of "Triggers" it activates the full effect of the parasympathetic nervous system almost like a symphony neurons hitting the perfect note as wave after wave of feelings cascades down the nervous system down the spine and to many parts of the body
I believe it may then releases one or more of: oxytocin, acetylcholine, GABA, Serotonin, endorphins directing into the brain and blood stream Instantly relaxing, clearing cortisol, adrenaline and soothes the body.

Even without any intention to buy a product like this for myself, there's something intensely relaxing about videos like this. Hearing the description of how it works, and your own experience, was hypnotic; reminds me of your massage gun review from years ago. Excellent stuff, hopefully you do some more videos like this eventually.
I want to make it clear, this isnt a knock against Dmitri. Electromagnetic therapy is something that does have a basis in science and is a real thing. HOWEVER consumer products like this are heavily based in pseudoscience with very loose connections to actual medical studies. Think of products like those pain click pens that promise to help muscle pain from what amounts to a clicky pen when pressed against the skin. Products like this are considered "Alternative Medicines" and often use very deceptive language like "Could. Can. May." etc which is very intentional. If it works for you, it works for you, but things like this are a little more dubious and should not be solely relied upon and wholly trusted. Again, this isnt a slight against Dmitri, do what works for you and makes you happy.

The negative comments are mostly because people are tired of fake medicine. These same people have yet to try what Dr Paul Mason recommends for a diet. It's because it's considered crazy
Because claiming health benefits where there are none is *criminal*.
And products like these are especially marketed at the vulnerable.
They delay or hinder proper treatment, they definitely hurt your wallet and products like these undermine education and support pseudoscientific and esoteric, often right wing institutions.

Thanks for the tingles! Nikola Tesla made a pocket sized device which resonated with earth's frequency. There are also pendant/necklase ones to get which emit 7.83hz. Or just use a software and play the frequency anyways , you cannot hear it since it is so low, perhaps not even feel the vibration. But you would need a low enough sub woofer to make that work. Best thing is grounded blanket (and such devices). Hope this is doing something anyways, very vague description on their website. Cheers~

Since I am a scientist myself, I ask to see these "scientific studies". The spectrum of effectiveness of this mat is, if at all, no higher than that of a placebo. You don't actually need to give such articles a platform.
Check out Doctor Paul Mason's scientific studies on a new diet that has been helping Dmitri and many others. You would probably thing it is psuedo science

I work for Morrison’s and I thought I recognised it… it’s not a huge deal for me personally but I’m just letting you know in case they end up sponsoring you and some legal action is taken in the future due to copyright infringements etc. I don’t even know if their logo is actually copyrighted but I’d assume so, and I don’t want you to get in trouble.
