you just described the reason why being here now means so much. The present is not determined by the past, but actually, it's the other way around. The present moment is the source of the past. In this sense, this song has just been created as if it existed long ago. That's not something to be believed but experienced. But that process is the source of what people call "miracles". Somehow people find a way to suspend their belief in the concreteness of the past. Then in a glimpse, they can see through the illusion of time and a fresh new present is born, and with it a new past, where the issue has never existed.
Thank you Ram Dass for always blessing us with love and goodness and reminding us that there is a world of truth and oneness beyond this world of separation 🤍✨🌙🔱
The first time I heard this song was only a couple years ago myself. I was surprised I had not heard it before. I was kind of talking to her and feeling really down and missing her. And listening to Spotify comes on. It absolutely felt like her giving me a gentle and loving admonishment. I love the guitar in this and the tempo feels just like a mother’s lullaby. ❤🥹🦋🙏🏼

George Harrison was a spiritual artist. He sought after greater purposes of life and gave music to his inner feelings and revelations in a rock era which was itself a challenging task to do.The depth of his songwriting and performances is unparalleled, many of his songs have a real zenful effect. And then of course his amazing slide.
Agreed fully. If the popular artists of today added more purpose and true deep meaning to their music and used their fame to uplift humanity like George did, our world and collective consciousness would transcend to incredible heights.
Absolutely stunning. Listen on a pair of good headphones. The clarity is stunning. George's vocal is wonderful. His voice is clear and strong. His harmonies- majestic. The few moments where he drops his t's- never noticed that before. The instrumental atmosphere is shimmering. Such a good remix without the original muddiness. I can now hear strange little percussions deep down in the mix that I've never previously heard. A deep note, and something that sounds like fast fingers on some kind of drum. It's all sublime.
So true Michael. This remix has put this song close to one of my favourite Hari Georgeson's songs. He builds the harmonies and power of the vocals throughout the four minutes. A masterpiece that many of us never recognised.
