When i was a child my father told me that its very hard to build but so easy to destroy. It can take you years to build something important and seconds to destroy it.
Figured I’d give a little insight to what your videos do for people.. 3 years ago I was in very bad car accident. Shattered a good portion of the bones in my body. Spent a long time in the ICU, had 13 blood transfusions, in and out of coma. All that to say, I was peaking at my physical fitness right before, had reached 205lb body weight, on the cusp of 315bench. When I woke up in the hospital I was 178lb.. virtually no muscle left. When I got out I had to completely relearn how to walk with a leg supported mostly of metal, at 23 years old. I was in a bad spot, both physically and mentally. 3 years later now I’m back to 205lb, just benched 315lb and I’m learning how to hopefully run and jump again, with a long term goal of accomplishing an iron man as a #hybrid athlete. Needless to say I fed off your videos through the whole recovery process, using them as fuel, letting you set the standard, chasing you in my head. So thank you, for being such an inspiration of what one can achieve when they truly set there mind to it. If you’re ever in CO, would love to grab a lift. Cheers🍻 #staycornfed
Discipline in the seconds. OOF. Needed to hear that. Got me jacked for the day 🔥 Relate big time to your talks about impulses, food, etc. they don’t last forever. Make decisions based on who you want to be. 💯
