- In this video I update you on the latest from Bert Kreischer and Brendan Schaub. It looks like Bert has hired some random Indian firm, based out of Mumbai, to start spamming copyright claims against RUclipsrs, and I have an update on Brendan Schaub's defamation lawsuit.
I also break down the numbers and show you how both Kreischer and Schaub are slowly going broke due to their viewership falling off and ad revenue drying up.

Arenas for comedy sounds terrible
His cringe over ‘Bart vs Tom’ on Stamos show in general is perfect- he’s not trying to humble brag, he’s trying to convince *himself* that he’s superior to Tom. Which, just stop. Tom has gotten a little to out of his lane lately, but if I were forced to buy a ticket to one of their shows and had to choose, I’d choose Tom all day every day and twice on Sunday. I know this, you know this, Tom knows this and Bert absolutely knows this, which is why he blathers on and on and on about the difference between him and Tom’s show every fucking time the guy gets a minute. Bart knows he pales in comparison and there’s nothing he can do about it because he relies on fake stories, an even faker laugh and ripping his shirt off as his schtick that has basically gotten him to where he is. And being pals with Papa Rogan doesn’t hurt, either.

I've seen Eddie Izzard & Bill Bailey in an arena (a good few years ago) - both good shows, but would've been so much better in a theater.

Imagine sitting in the middle of an arena-audience and a comic tells a joke.

Anything bigger than a place like Radio City or Red Rocks amphitheater is a bit much, though I'm sure it's great on the financial sure.

Bert uses his party persona to convince other comics to join his tours so he can keep claiming to be an "Arena Act". Remember when he tried to get Louis CK to open for him 😂 begging him like "C'mon, it'll be so fun! We can party!".
Watching Bert interact with other comics becomes more cringe when you realize he views everyone through a lens of "What can I get out of this relationship?" constantly looking for people he can use to prop himself up .

I believe your lawyer friend. It would be a smart business to have RUclips channels that you make copyright claims to just so you can use those videos for them. Some of my favorite RUclipsrs have gotten copyright claims against their videos saying that they're using other RUclipsrs content. But it's literally their own videos that they're being claimed against. It's shady as hell.

We were all joking around that we only came for Shane and Mark as we walked to our cars. 😂 it was more than a handful of people leaving early

Love the videos. As a former employee, who knows all about the “defamation” lawsuit… yeah that doesn’t exist. He’s dumped a quarter million dollars (my rough estimate - would not be surprised if it’s more) in a very drawn out process that Brendan can’t win at because he didn’t collect any of the evidence. He’s suing Yew Neek for copyright infringement after the superbowl 2022 money lion livestream video showed him hitting on a 17 year old. He had his team make a list of every Yew Neek video that references him or his shows. The channel was taken down and now Brendan’s suing him in Rhode Island I believe but doesn’t have any of the video evidence that his videos were used because he got his bbbbbeasts of lawyers to gadoosh the channel before capturing the Videos. Ooooooops. But yes much like the Bobby Lee fiasco it’s a giant web of lies… told to make himself look more sympathetic and avoid any accountability for his extremely poor business decision (the Reddit was harassing my family and torturing so the FBI had to get involved! I definitely didn’t just get suckered by fake hackers who took for tens of thousands of dollars why trying to take the sub down because it hurts my feelings!)
