I'm horrified. I didn't realize this is the same sector 31 I used to live in Noida for almost 2 years until he mentioned it repeatedly. And Nithari Village is where I would go everyday to buy stuff in the local market. I have had so many traumatizing experiences there as a woman and I swore I am never coming back to Noida. I hope things are getting better now. People deserve better. This podcast is horrifying and makes me fear of my own life. I've always felt a different energy while I was living there. There was something in the air. Now I understand. So many restless souls. Looking for justice.

Pandher is free, Koli is not as far as I know. Courts in India aren't that bad but it is the politician-businessmen nexus that is extremely dangerous for our country. Powerful people can kill innocents without batting an eye and know that the system, police, politicians, those at high positions will help them. If the victim is a migrant or from a lower caste, it becomes even more hard to seek justice. After a case becomes old news, who even remembers if the culprits got punished or not? Only those who lost their loved ones remember.

This is probably the most horrifying and chilling case of crime in India. I can never understand how the culprits not only escaped death penalty but also got acquitted. It's horrifying. There were multiple victims, children kidnapped, murdered, raped and even eaten. If there isn't death penalty for this horrifying of a crime, then what even is it there for.
I had seen a crime petrol episode on this case and read on wikipedia too. It's even more chilling and terrifying when you go in detail.

Moninder Singh was convicted in two out of the five cases against him, and his servant Surinder Koli, who supposedly aided him, was convicted in 10 out of the 16 cases against him.[1] Both were originally sentenced to death, however in 2023, Allahabad High Court acquitted them citing lack of evidence.

You guys are leaving out crucial details. Pandher was usually travelling and the entire house was under kohli's jurisdiction. Kohli had his own quarters where he could do what he wanted without oversight. The bodies were actually disposed of in a sewer behind the compund. It is not like pa dher would come for a visit and dig up his backyard or sift through the sewers. This logic makes no sense. It was also the same reasoning given while accusing aarushi talwar's parents. It is lazy investigation.

What an unprofessional bunch of clowns those police were... The entire department should have been fired. Instead of solving the case, they wanted to label it as a gang trafficking. It also shows that they are apathetic and used to, not acting against Trafficking.
They refused to register reports of the missing girls. That itself is big crime both morally as well as legally.
Thats the most basic thing u are supposed to do as a Police. Whats the need of Police if u are not even going to register a report?

Brother your presentation and the video was good but in between the full form of FIR is First Information Report and not First Incident Report to my knowledge.

I remember those days when this case hit the headlines and I was graduating from college. At that point of time it had lot of impact on my mind imagining the horror the victims had undergone. Today when I watched the movie sector 34 I’m really having a devastating effect how the system is . Had there been proper initial investigations many lives could have been saved 😢

Why the girl is smiling the entire video? Is it kind of a book story for the kids where you smile and enjoy? Such gruesome crime and she is laughing and smiling all along the video

I personally had very bad experiences with police in India. They simply stop you for now freaking reason and ask for licence etc. and said I ran the traffic light. Utterly disgusting way to threaten people and for something you have not done. Had multiple instances of this. Yet the government does nothing to take action for these. I am glad I now live in a country where I respect the work of police men.
