It was cool out in the Midwest. What was interesting to me? Was those birds that are always hanging out at the gas station I call them DOD bird because if you're watching them it looks like they're Inspecting your wheel and break Chamber And airlines Of your trailer and check in for lakes underneath the tractor.
Hi I thought that was absolutely hilarious got the birds doing DOT work.. Especially out in Arizona.

Man when I was OTR I had to wait for my supervisor confirmation if I could buy additional items for the truck..they were so stingy.. when I would break down I had to pay hotel out of pocket and wait 2 weeks to get reimbursed

Don't ever buy oil, w/w fluid, or anti gel from a truck stop. Stock up on those things at a terminal. Also wiper blades. Much much cheaper than a TS. Two gallons of oil for the price of one. And anti gel is $6 at the terminal or $25 at the TS.

Why do you wanna pour out the extra DEF in your nozzle? Doesn’t that give you more DEF that you don’t have to pay for?
It's only a very small AMT. A couple of drops.
But if there were A load coming back from California there might be something there.. But one way and waiting definitely not pass hard pass.. It's too Dam Expensive in california. I hope you feel up before you hit California.
Save yourself some money.. Seriously only 500 miles.. Add somebody in the team driving atmosphere. I pulled off myself 6 to 650 Miles.. That's pushing It a little bit.. Usually coming from Ohio to California what California to Ohio Alana to California. As long as they have something coming out of there that's equal or better. Because yeah you would miss out on a lot of decent runs that. You don't have to travel too far and probably Make it we're better than going one way to California and maybe get in something back.. But I found out that team driven wasn't for me but it was interesting when I first heard about it. I'm not gonna lie. I was curious and I wanted to know. I found out and I stuck it out for 2 extra weeks.
But I also drove solo. Whether another company and.
It was much better. I thought the team driving we were running hard and when I mean running hard. I couldn't tell you how many hours asleep I got driving. We were running expedited loads. With seem driving.. I didn't know no better not gonna lie that was more excited with being on the road and going across country going to places. I had never Ben.
Driving Across 40 and 80 East to west. I would love to get back out on the road definitely would like solo. Yes. Mean there is a difference get more sleep covering more ground 700? Miles. Was the goal?. But but we all know that's kinda impossible when you're starting out Would be damn near Impossible. But I definitely did get close to 49 miles.
I want to hit 7. Granted i'd run the clock a little bit Got close quite a few times hours of service Warning. But most of the time it was traffic and when kind of making it a little bit difficult to maintain the speed. You? Wanna be at Because you're running a light load in some cases.. Go in across country who knew with a light load was going to be that much more the handle.. And here I thought Dispatch like me.
I would have been happy with 20000 pounds in 4000.
But I guess we all can't get what we want but.
It was fun while it lasted for me. 14 drive in. I just felt like I would be a risk and I did not want to in danger anybody because I was tired and cause an accident so I called. It didn't want to believe me. It did not want to do that I wanted to stick it out with that company and it asked if there was other ways to. Go about doing this like day Cab.or something but nope they. Didn't have any alternatives doing the same thing. I Do have about 3 months under my belt.
And now it's been almost 2 months now 3 months. I need to just get into a company stick with it. It's taken out because it sucks went through all this work for nothing the sit around.
And wait for my medical card to did expire so I can. Renews that I just need A company that I can work with.
I can drive but that Hours of service is ridiculous.. If not downright? Dangerous.. I can drive on one trip at least 16 hours. I wish they would bring back the 24 hour clock. With maybe Half an hour per 8 hour break.. That would relieve a lot Of stress. Can Drive day-and-night.. But prime requirements? 6. Months I don't? Have that yet.. And unfortunately I.
Gotten bad news with the last company that I was with about my drug test now. I am not saying the drug test was to blame but nobody had any answers for me because this type of situation. Leave me did not think this was going to happen somehow I tested positive for cocaine.
And I never. Used it because it would not make sense? I have no reason to at all but somehow it ended up in my system. I do have people that weren't at this house that I'm staying at that are known drug addicts. An apparently cops don't do their job on removing the people in specially. When the cops know who? They. Are and called? On? A numerous. Times to be? Removed but to no Avail no because of these knit wits.
I tested positive. And I don't know how it got into my system. I don't care if they're in the house. I don't care if I'm passing by but I would like to know how. If I? Never. Used it no straight answer . And this is why I'm not with that company The company because of this miss that somehow I got in because I live in my house and I have to move out of the place that I live in. For 5 years.
And I'm trying to invest in myself which I haven't done. And I should have done this a lot sooner but I didn't have a second opportunity to pursue because of this drug test that foiled my opportunities and it's easier said than done when I don't have any other place to go or Any available people that I know or family. Members attempt moment that I can go to in order to achieve an opportunity to drive for a company. There is no reason for it to be a my system but I'm hearing all different types of things on how it can be transferred. And Quite honest with you is a scary? Yeah. You can touch something and it gets absorbed into your skin and I don't know if they Probably Was sleeping on my bed. An apparently they bring their stupid friends with them Who do the same things or do the same activities together? When I'm going I don't know what's happens when I come back. I sleep and wake up go out and do Uber temporarily just to get. To drive for company and do my job drive. But I knew things were too good to be true when I got the phone call because funny that there's a co-driver. I was with a trainer. I said to him this is too easy.
In literally a happen hour later I get the phone call.. And I took a drug test add to my pocket 2 confirmed. What was found?. And I don't know how long this is going to be in my system I don't want this c*** near me but unfortunately. I don't have the money to move out. And because of my? Roommate's stupidity? I'm paying the price that I didn't even know. I was paying for until I got the call. That's where I'm at at this moment from when I send this Message. Definitely not a drug addict don't need that c*** I have no reason for it.
But one good thing came out of this bad situation. That now I have to be more aware And what I do around the place? I'm staying at still At this place I wanted to work more company so I can get out there ASAP.. Since I've been back I have not been staying home. I've been out pretty much 7 days a week.
Just so I'm not around it until I go home and go to sleep.. They don't care about anybody but they were messing with my drinks or food. Somebody's going to jail. And I made it abundantly clear to this network that I do not want this in the house At all when I'm. Gonna when I. Was? Out for the 2 weeks? I don't know what what's going on when I wasn't there.. Parents lays a like to smoke. I have no idea what it smells like but apparently it's in my system so either I'm telling a lie or something is going on here that. Shouldn't be going on?. What I mean by that? Yes. The? Tampering with my drinks or food? What dumping? Ashes. Around I? Don't know I? I can't tell you what it smells like because I don't know.. That's the situation I'm in. I just need a place to get outs to get away from there for I don't know how long 3 months 6 months. I don't know because they took a hair test.. I'm here in it's 3 months and I'm hearing at 6 months 8 months. I don't know what the remedy is for this but it wasn't in my urine.
I am still baffled and my worst fear was. If you can believe this was pot did not see this crack cocaine anywhere on the horizon until my roommate brought these people over. So because of somebody else I'm paying somebody else's The Stupid ass drug Habits. And now I'm going to go this week to go and take another test If there is any change? And the thing is I don't know what I'm not supposed to be touching. I don't know if I got this passing by or if I picked this up at the store at the house I don't know.. But it is a messed up way to screw somebody's life up over a dumb stupid habit that shouldn't exist for anyone..
stay away from east. waste of time and money. Al looks uncomfortable 😂
