How to replace rear corner panels and rear cross sill on a Jeep TJ - Part 1 Donor Disassembly

  • 1997 jeep tj has rusted corner panels, rear sill, body mounts and the tail gate hinge bolts are seized. I'll show how i went about removing and replacing everything. Tools i used were a grinder with a cutting wheel, flapper disk 40 grit, drill and a chisel. will take some time and patience but with some determination it can be done with basic tools and experience. Breaking the process down into smaller steps as not to get overwhelmed is how i approached it.

    Thanks for making this video. Seeing it from the backside gets me ready for this job. Looks like dealing with seam sealer and spot welds like all prep work are the most challenging

      Tons of spot welds just can't be in a real hurry

    Done in Canada lol owt😂 its called seam sealer good stuff use that jiggle saw lol works great
