How’d ya tack the fender sides where the seams meet at the wheel well panels?
So for the rear cross sill, is there an inner piece that fits behind the part toward the gas tank? looking to start this on my jeep along with the cancer that ate my rear frame away. I have the frame replacement parts, rear quarter panels, the cross sill but it looks like theres a cap of sorts that goes across the back side of the rear cross sill.
If this is the case, where can i find that inner part? Many thanks for the video, plus any help on this question.
Can you access those spot welds on the curved side just by taking the wheel well liner out?
Hey man. Thank you for the video. Do you have a link from where you bought the rear cross sill? I`m from Norway and they salt the roads here too so i have to do some rust repear on my YJ.
There are a bunch for sale on EBAY. That's where I got mine.
Did the rear sill get tacked also with the overlap in the cap corners ?

I bent it after so I could match it with the lip on either side of it.

Captain obvious here!! That tailgate would have been much easier to handle without the spare on it.
The dealership guy said this would be an easy fix, not worry about it 😢
