Many many years ago, when I was about 50, I went to see Beck. Twice as old as the next oldest. When they saw me, they thought I was a chaperone or something, so they sent me upstairs for VIP seating, AC and everything while most of the audience was crammed together on the sweaty floor. Great show!
Fun to see two of the guys from Jellyfish in the band -- Jason Falkner on guitar and Roger Joseph Manning on keys. Jellyfish were such a great band while they lasted.
Well that's weird, I could hear a slide guitar, but could not see the player? Live is not live anymore. More and more artists are using digital recordings and overlaying instruments and vocals. Part of the charm of a live performance is the nuances of the musician's play. Suddenly at around the minute mark you finally hear the guitar and it resounds! that is why live is much better.
Saw Beck at Rock Werchter-2018 singing this in the biggest Football (it's not "Soccer", no such thing) pitch sized Marquee filled with people all singing along was the best memory 😂
I stopped watching Glastonbury when it became a middle virtue signaling, inviting tax dodgers and establishment lovers like U2. The last straw was inviting a far right Ukrainian on to address the audience. Something not offered to the people of Yemen and other victims of Western illegal wars and invasions and imperialism.

@@JCarlosMois Because they think so
I love this song!
I love the original Loser version & MTV video, when they used to play music videos.
MTV video
I love this still.
Caught the show a few years ago @ Red Rocks, was legendary

Roger Manning did all the keys for Enema of the State by blink-182, dude killed it too
Good eye! I didn't even recognize them. I loved Jellyfish back in the day!
And Roger playing In the group Imperial Drag
Wow, the chorus sounds really good with Jason singing.
Classic from 90
Damn, that band was tight. And the bass sound is just thick as heck.
Love this song.....and love Beck! And one of his favourite bands - Sparks!
I remember I would not rest until
I knew the lyrics to this song like the back of my hand!
Timeless
"Magnificent".
Great song and amazing group !
I've watched this so many times, but I only just noticed the woman at 2:04 politely obeying 'puff puff pass' :D

I get what you mean but the slide guitar and the sitar have always been samples even in the original recording, I think it's part of Beck's sound
Uma música para um dia melhor ❤️
Great drum's sound!!
Best 👌🏼
a little disappointing the sitar and slide guitar weren't live... :/
Also missing Justin Meldal-Johnsen
, which is a bummer :(
check out the glasto 2003 reading version with Josh Klinghoffer on guitar!
This makes me feel comfortable when in self-doubt.
❤❤❤❤❤Brazil

Saw Beck at Rock Werchter-2018 singing this in the biggest Football (it's not "Soccer", no such thing) pitch sized Marquee filled with people all singing along was the best memory 😂

Michael Cera jamming it
He’s perfect. Can’t sing, can’t rap, can’t dance, can’t play.
Doesn't even sound old. Still could be modern
Good
temazo!
I love this song but Where the kicking drums and bass?
This doesn't have quite the bite of his earlier performances with him playing guitar.

Soy un perdedor!!!
Marmite this guy, but no denying his genius.
David Spade did it justice
Soy un perdedor sounds like "someone get the door"
Odelay!
hay una bandera de bolivia!!! bien che!!
Man, I feel like they needed to pull back on the Sitar sample a bit, that was way too loud in the mix. Maybe it sounded better live?
Jason Falkner!!!!!
Ouff
NO caféine version !!!
Who is that guitarist? The blonde guy?
Jason Faulkner.
Genial
엄마 나 여기있엌ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Great seeing Roger Manning on keys. Sad that Jellyfish hit bigger

Doesn't quite..."cut it"... when played live...
In time of champansige

No, he's managed to escape their clutches
No, he is not
Pas de loser...juste avancer ..
Seems a bit fast and less groovy than the original...
I never understood this artist.

Would you like to come to my birthday party? You sound fun 😀
