I have been trying for a couple months to figure this out. I have tried so many other online suggestions and nothing worked. I can't believe it has been as simple as unplugging both and using ONLY the no signal monitor first then adding the original monitor. Simple Genius! Thank you!!
You are awesome! I tried to set up a second monitor with a USB to VGA adapter, and I kept getting "No VGA signal" until I saw your video, and I plugged in the VGA monitor first, and then I got a screen pop up for the instructions to the adapter on the other monitor. Thank you so very much!!!
You have helped me a lot, i got mad when my gaomon got this error and thanks to you i don't have to worry about that obnoxious "No signal" error anymore. Thank you .
Hi I’m only 12 and for a national project for all of England 11 to 16 I was making an arcade machine reusing an old laptop and a controller board and I had this issue while using it and a heart attack with it but after this video you potentially may have just allowed me and my friends to win 1000 pounds so thank you so much you are a legend
What I did was I only plugged in the monitor that said "no signal" and right clicked the desktop and clicked "Display settings" then turned down the resolution then plugged in the other monitor then BOOM they both turn on, then you can just turn the resolution back up if it didn't do it automatically. It worked for me :)
I love u soooo much thank u bro i was working on this for hours then came across ur video and did what u did thank u hope u have a good new year god bless you🤘❤
It worked! The first time I plugged in the second monitor and then the first one, the second one went to no signal again. I kind of wiggled the hdmi plug and both are working now. Bad connection--maybe.
IT WORKED! My bad I had plug my HDMI in to both monitors. I didn't realized the other end It should be connected to the CPU. (I plug the HDMI cable off because I used it to my laptop to connect to the monitor as 2nd scree because my laptop's screen is broken. I forgot to plug it back where it's originally supposed to be!) THANKS FOR THE VIDEO!
Thank you! It worked. I thought I had cable/HDMI or wires issues but clearly not, I plugged it in correct place and it worked. Just find the right HDMI spot to plug in cause sometimes you might plug it wrongly.
It surprising how this worked for all these people yet the dislike button had been hit considerably more .. probs those RUclipsrs who love wasting everyone time when issues can be resolved this simply ...
Had the same problem. Go to device manager, then go to display adapters, and if you see a warning symbol (yellow triangle) right click on it and then click disable device. Then do the same thing again and press enable device. Worked for me!
Guys if someone is wondering why its not working it maybe because he is using the intergrated grapicard\on board card. But guys you may can fix this problem if you go in to BIOS and change a thing so the grapicscard and the intergrated grapicscard will work, sorry for my English :D
III FORTUNE III For some graphics card that maybe have for example two inputs that doesn't mean that you can use two displays it may only can handle one display, but it depends which PC/laptop you are using specially the grapicscard .
I did the exact same thing; when I connected the DVI cable that originally was not getting a signal-it worked by itself. But as soon as I connected the 2nd DVI cable-the signal went to that monitor. I'm still unable to get both working. Mind you that this is something that happened out of nowhere today.
did anyone ever figure out a fix I have this same problem after installing and launching swtor. And have yet to find someone with the same problem or that knows how to fix it.
Serlie I have the same problem did anybody get it fixed the original monitor will work with the display port cable by itself but when I go to plug in the HDMI for the second Monitor which is my TV my desktop monitor goes black and says no signal until of course I unplug the HDMI and then I get a signal Back to the desktop monitor
if u didnt understand: if u have a vga and hdmi first put vga or try to first put hdmi and if u have a display port and a hdmi i put the hdmi first and it worked

Mine used to work that way but no more. So I have to unplug the power cable from the PC and monitors wait for like 10 minutes and plug everything back then it's works
I have a mecer monitor and a lg tv. the monitor takes forever to come on. the lg tv works fine. what could be causing the delay with the mecer monitor. it worked fine before. please help. I have tried everything.
This worked for me but then I shut the pc down for the evening and when I returned, the same problem occurred, this trick then didn't work, what do you think the problem might be?
I tried pushing it all the way in to make sure it was fully connected but it still wouldn't display, after fully unplugging it and plugging it back in it worked. lol

Off topic - That Bible verse on your desktop is one of my favorites (Phil. 4:13).
Amen
This worked for me but then I shut the pc down for the evening and when I returned, the same problem occurred, this trick then didn't work, what do you think the problem might be?
Absolute genius
I moved my pc to the other side and now it’s not working to the monitor
If it didnt work just to remove display cables. Then try to remove also power cable from Monitor. Before plugging Display cables. That worked for me
