- One of the officers who pleaded guilty in connection to the assault of an undercover St. Louis detective testified for the entire day Monday, as a witness for federal prosecutors.

If Hall were an ordinary black citizen instead of an undercover cop, the assaulting officers would have been given commendations by the mayor in a public ceremony.
