He was staying with us for a few nights. A big guy walked up to him. They asked whose truck it was and there was NO reason for asking that. They planned on stealing it and jumping him. My dad got out the car and my uncle put on brass knuckles just in case because like 5 other guys came out the house. You could tell they were debating whether to still go through with it after my dad walked over. But luckily us being right there in the vehicle made them rethink. It sucks that they're only a few houses down.

Honestly I've witnessed hits placed by people with mental issues. I lived on the streets for a bit over 2 and a half years. In a not so good area. The prosecutors office declined to file charges, then it went to a grand jury who decided not to move forward with charges. Just because it’s off camera doesn’t mean this man was not the aggressor. He apparently pulled a gun out and aimed it at someone first, then the shooter ran up to protect his associate. This case was closed almost immediately aka they had some pretty damning evidence that the deceased was the aggressor.

My dad and uncle went to drop me and my cousin off at my uncle's house so they could go out to get a some drinks when we passed my dad and uncle's cousin by his truck. He was staying with us for a few nights. A big guy walked up to him. They asked whose truck it was and there was NO reason for asking that. They planned on stealing it and jumping him. My dad got out the car and my uncle put on brass knuckles just in case because like 5 other guys came out the house. You could tell they were debating whether to still go through with it after my dad walked over. But luckily us being right there in the vehicle made them rethink. It sucks that they're only a few houses down.

Honestly I've witnessed hits placed by people with mental issues. I lived on the streets for a bit over 2 and a half years. In a not so good area. And I've seen people get knocked senseless with broken skulls, shootings, stabbings. None of it was even worth the trouble. A lot of it was literally over just the aspect of being disrespectful. Like talking shit behind someone's back, caused the shit talker getting stabbed. People react violently just because they think they'd be considered weak if they don't. But don't realize it takes more restraint and control to NOT react that way. You should only react with violence as a last resort.

I read in the comment thread that the man shot was the aggressor and pulled out a hand gun on the two individuals and then apparently their 3rd brother came out of the truck with the semi-auto to save them. I just don't buy that story at all because of the way the woman stays back behind the car knowing it was going to be a problem from the start. If the victim did came out with a strap from his house then he already new there was going to be trouble. There is more to this argument then just an issue over the lawn.

They *followed* him around the side, so that isn't concerning. However, the neighbor's actions are suspicious. At 1:40 she looks back toward the truck as if she knew there would be someone coming from that direction 'anytime now'. She then stops dead in her tracks, turns around and walks behind the car instead of continuing to the back where the rest of them went. It's almost like she saw it coming. Very strange.
