The dogs supposedly opened the door of the house , while the owner wasnt home , and ripped this poor man apart . What is there to investigate ? Are they waiting for a child to get ripped to pieces and killed ? smfh
In some states there is a one bite law this means a dog or dogs can maul you and still be returned to owner without consequence. Know your state laws you may be in for a suprise.
I like it when people say it's how you train the dog, and the breed has nothing to do with higher risks of physical harm. I have yet to see a Chinese pug cause serious harm. It's like saying a lazy house cat is the same as tiger.
