@@heidih3048 that's supposed to be a joke, he does have a degree in nutrition, in the UK the terms are reversed from the US, in the UK a nutritionist is degreed when in the US a dietitian is degreed. He was working at a clinic when he started his youtube channel.

Re ur basil plant, if u bought it in the supermarket those plants have 6 to 8 actual basil plants in them, that's why they die so soon... When u but it in the supermarket, bbriing it home and divide them into their own pots and you'll have loads of basil

With the basil, only trim up to a third of the leaves at a time! Otherwise it’s too stressful for the plant.

I'm with you on the spring onions. I like to garnish with green and use the white part in whatever I'm cooking. Or toss it all in raw... depending if it's a hot or cold dish.

You’ve got to try the “koro Mandelmus Zimt Vanille”, that’s almond butter with cinnamon and vanilla without sugar but it just tastes like caramelized almonds on christmas! Sooooo gooood!

You should get a silicon baking mat, way easier and non stick than either parchment paper or aluminum
spring onion i use the green more as a garnish due to its lighter flavour, the white part gets treated as onions

Try silicone baking mats from Amazon. We don't use oil and they never stick.
*A lot* of people recommend them and considering some brands don't work as well, probably a good choice (even though its Amazon)
@Margaret B we were probably lucky, but we absolutely love them. We were fed up with using so much baking paper, and we don't think that aluminium is that good us. Worth giving them a try.

does vivolife make a banana 🍌 protein powder bc um my fav waffles to make are pb &banana chocolate chip waffles 🧇 and to make them protein waffles would be so great.
