Overnight Steel Cut Oats: 4 cups water, 1 cup Steel Cut Oats, 1/4 tsp salt. Bring water to a boil, add Steel Cut Oats and salt. Let boil for 1 minute. Move from heat and cover, let sit overnight!

Different effects for me on the oatmeal on its own, seems to spike my blood sugar. I get the jitters and then am hungry an hour later. Adding some kind of protein is key!
I make my oatmeal the exact same way, and that protein powder is the best. Try chopping up some dates and cooking them in with the porridge sooooo good with the pnb.
You tried the espresso version? Lethal! Oh and porridge does the same to me so if I don't want to pass out I put some coffee in it. Sounds gross but if you add cacao as well then it's a mocha porridge. Does the job if you need to stay awake and not get knocked out by it

make your own! soaked oats blended & strained will give you oat milk! same with raw almonds, soybeans & cashews! i know nuts are expensive but try oats! they’re cheap :) 💚

I've been on RUclips the last few days and I'm so confused about what to believe... Every Dr seems to have proof of their way of eating.. High carb, low carb etc... HELP you're the only one that's impartial and I trust to give the truth
He is not impartial. Don’t ask a vegan for help, LISTEN TO YOUR DOCTOR. I was vegan for 3 years, depressed, anxious, tired, miserable. 2 weeks of eating salmon, grass fed beef, raw dairy had me feeling like a kid again. My body was practically crying for animal products. Look at Miles… he’s starving to death and hiding his anorexia with veganism. He probably doesn’t even realize this, because of what his diet has done to his mind. Our natural diet as humans is animal products… please listen to your doctor. God bless

Also I refuse to eat another living breathing being that feels pain and has just as much of a right to be on this earth than humans do. Our ancestors ate mostly plants and fruits and berries and very little meat. Anyway, my question is to Miles who is academically trained in nutrition and he has the life experience also. I choose to listen to him.

Why do people get indoor plants they can't eat, I never understood it :D They just take space away and collect dust, so bazil, thyme, oregano or peppermint for tea, these also deterr flies and moskitos. I hope they sell those as indoor plants once I've time for it. And only those that aren't toxic for kittycats in case they eat them. Like cat grass. ˆ-ˆ
I have about over 100 plants none you can eat it’s a hobby. When i go into my plant room i’m reminded that i can at least do ONE thing right. It helps my forever falling self confidence.
