I think he is right, I have only visited Berlin, but I really hope to see Hamburg and other cities both on the west and east side of Germany. What it was really striking in Berlin, especially the first time I went there, was the quietness, considering it's about 3-4 million inhabitants... unfortunately I don't understand German, but one of my besties has been living there for over a decade and she confirmed that you have a blunt sense of humour. I lived for a long period of my life in the UK and I love their humour as well, but the new gens seriously get offended for any give thing. The UK is more hyped-up whereas I found Germany being more relaxed as a general vibe. I'm now back in Italy and it's too loud and chaotic, just by watching some clips of this vid my mind stopped being hyperactive...

Heeey, I love your reviews on the nut butters here in Germany! 😃I know you get a lot of recommendations, but let me throw in another one: "Gebrannte Mandel" from Rapunzel. Almond butter, a little sweetened and with a pinch of cinnamon. For me, as a German, it's Christmas in a jar. 😉

so funny :D I'm from Germany and I LOVE the peanut butter from Koro (I always put lots of salt in in it though), and I think the one from Alnatura is really bad!! But the date hazelnut spread is heaven! I got my mother addicted to it.

I couldn‘t leave this video on nutbutters in Germany without recommending my two absolut faves: the best Tahini in my opinion is from the brand Durra. You won‘t find it in normal supermarkets, but in persian/oriental shops. Same with my favorite peanut butter from the brand pcd! They are both incredible😍

I literally followed you and Vegan Bodega Cat only to find out afterwards you're both Iranian. My best friend back in Hamburg is half Iranian, my roommate/ best friend right now is Iranian and lots of other friends I have are from Iran

the food is more on the "high end" expensive side but VERY innovative and the combination of flavours/ foods you've probably never had before!

Try public coffee roaster as well on the Mühlenkamp or my Favorit ist Café schmidtchen, best Coffee, dont know about there vegan game foodwise, but they have oatly or soy for milk options 😊

You guys should check out cafe miller at st Pauli, all their cakes are vegan and they have typical German cakes like Black Forest etc. best coffee is playground coffee which is in the same street like cafe miller ;)

On a random note, I was on the train to Stockholm earlier today and they had loads of short-dated Raw Bites in the Bistro that they were giving away for free! I picked up 5 bars. The bloke opposite me grabbed 4 boxes full 😅

Lil tip for German (from a German who grew up in Scotland) the “ch” sound in “ich” is as if you were saying the word cute. But reeeeally slowly. It’s the but between the k and the yoo sound. It’s the only way I’d been able to explain it to others

I actually didn’t watch your videos for a while and just saw this pop up. Wow! You moved to Germany- I actually live in Berlin. Regarding the nut butters: Koro is really good but I also highly recommend Naughty Nuts: Their nuts butters are so addictive! But also lots of organic shops have really good ones, especially the ones from Rapunzel.
And one last tip: Visit Berlin, you would love it here - it’s basically a vegan paradise. 😁

My mum ever told me that they sell Albaloo ( sour cherries), morellen in Dutch. So I went to Germany last week, straight to Edeka and bought 4 packs of frozen sour 🍒. Not that sour like the Persian ones but they were delicious. I recommend you to try them

First off, I love your hair dark...not that my opinion matters. Ha! Secondly, I worked for a guy years ago who traveled A LOT for work and his favorite airport in the world was the Hamburg, Germany one. I've been wanting to visit Germany for a while now. You've extra inspired me. I'd heard long ago that Germans are very into homeopathy and other natural medicine...and that there are a lot of veggies/vegans.

whaaat who said Rapunzel is the best tahini?? I think all the tahinis you can get at organic stores in Germany taste so bad 🥲 they're way too grainy and kinda bitter. I always buy the super runny ones from Turkish supermarkets

It became a decision, to not change my natural color again, until I got my first greys come in -
Well, here I am at 43, absolutely no regrets, and still no grey hair!!!!
It's been fun to know how I really look, after not knowing over half my life prior, what my natural color/ texture even was anymore 🙂
