I knew it was Portugal right away. Had to confirm via Instagram. But yes, fruit here is just great. It is something I missed when I was living in the UK. Especially melons and "tropical"/stone fruits. UK has some lovely pears, but in general... yeah, we are very lucky in Portugal.

He gave me a free packet of kratom capsules. .5 grams each. I was just about to try them. I read 2-4 grams is a pretty safe place to start. Then I recalled your addiction/rehab video. I wondered, is that what miles was addicted to? I just rewatched it. I’m still tempted to try it yet also thinking I should chuck it in the bin. I do have a somewhat addictive personality. ED in my 20’s. Can kratom be taken in low doses without problems? I take gummy’s in moderation at a very low dose. I’m curious……but. Advice?
