Before quarantine, I was probably the least flexible person in the country, and then I saw a contortionist on Cirque de Soleil and I was like "Oh my gosh, I want to do that!" To start my expedition, I searched up "Easy Beginner Streches to be Really Flexible" When that search ran, I clicked on the second video. It was Anna's. I did those streches for about a week and I got my splits! Then I moved on to intermediate streches and now I can do: a scorpion, backbend, 200° oversplit, a chair backbend, a bridge on my knees and elbows, I can almost do a teardrop backbend, and I can probably do a cheststand, but my mother doesn't let me lol. Anyway, thank you so much, Anna. Update from one month later: I can do a teardrop! Update from four months later: I can do a needle! Update from 8 months later: I lost my teardrop

@@soaibaelmy8386 This one is good, but I started off with ruclips.net/video/Lvf7iLQ2-iM/видео.html Make sure to practice going as deep into your split as you can after you do one of those routines. When you get your split, move on to practice wall splits. Also, if you're not sweating by the end of the routine, do it again.

@@BANGTANSTV_ so the best thing to do first and what i did was try to get my left splits and cart wheel because they are easy and if you gain the ability to those things you can exceed more. So stretch every single day and do not miss one day or the streak might be lost note: its never to late to start

doing this daily :-) Day 1: felt really good! Day 2: feeling a little sore Day 3: felling sore. My splits getting a bit better tbh. Day 7: I skipped 3 days bc things got hectic/: & I think I lost whatever I gained so bit disappointed in myself

Heya! I’m gonna try this, daily if I can. I’m gonna update, spam me if I stop Day 1: no difference (obviously) I’m a bit above the beginner in the ones on the floor, but I can’t touch the floor from standing. My legs are legit shaking lmao. Day 2: no difference but starting to work this into my routine. Have a nice day! Day three: can almost touch the ground in wide stance! I think I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough. Was only able to do half before school Day 4: had a bit of a mental breakdown in the middle, but was doing good otherwise. Not seeing a difference obviously Day 4/5/6: I was super busy and didn’t have time. I’ll try again tomorrow! Thank you all for the support!

It is just the most annoying for having one leg more flexible than the other

Day 2: feeling a little sore
Day 3: felling sore. My splits getting a bit better tbh.
Day 7: I skipped 3 days bc things got hectic/: & I think I lost whatever I gained so bit disappointed in myself

I have done her backbend stretches for three days and i see improvement. Tomorrow it is cheer practice and i am so happy that i will be able to show my improvement 🐸 Anna is so helpful for everything

Heya! I’m gonna try this, daily if I can. I’m gonna update, spam me if I stop
Day 1: no difference (obviously) I’m a bit above the beginner in the ones on the floor, but I can’t touch the floor from standing. My legs are legit shaking lmao.
Day 2: no difference but starting to work this into my routine. Have a nice day!
Day three: can almost touch the ground in wide stance! I think I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough. Was only able to do half before school
Day 4: had a bit of a mental breakdown in the middle, but was doing good otherwise. Not seeing a difference obviously
Day 4/5/6: I was super busy and didn’t have time. I’ll try again tomorrow! Thank you all for the support!
