im a 14 year old guy and doung stretch’s like this is hard and painful because biology speaking women are more flexible then men but im amazed by contorist and people like anna so im gonna keep trying to get better at it😄
I’m not sure that’s true. I don’t know if women are more flexible. It hurts for us too. Plus oftentimes, testosterone helps you be stronger. I’ve seen amazing flexible male athletes. With super high split jumps and even needles.

Day 8. 1/10/2023: doing twice tw Day 9. 1/11/2023: completed twice! Day 10. 1/12/2023: complete Day 11. 1/13/2023: almost there complete! Day 12. 1/14/2023: doing twice tm Day 13. 1/15/2023: completed Day 14. 1/16/2023: completed! Day 15. 1/17/2023: completed Day 16. 1/18/2023: done Day 17. 1/19/2023: done Day 18. 1/20/2023: rest Say 19. 1/21/2023: doing twice tm Day 20. 1/22/2023: done finished the 20 days it helped a lot and I will keep doing it thank u!
Im going to be doing this every day for 2 weeks and tracking it here! 11-22-2022 Day 1 (again): I did it! hey, i was once a biginner too and i wanted to tell you that if you don't raise your head and do a 5 min stretch at least twice a week, you'll never get ahead, i was lazy too and had many other broblems, but that didn't stop me from being who am i right now. I just wanted to say this so that you can continue your routine and surprise everyone like i did.

Actually, you can as a guy get that flexible. You just have to work at it. Look at Alexey Goloborodko, a male contortionist with Cirque du Soleil.

It wasn't really that hard because I am 𝚗𝚘𝚝 a beginner but even though I'm not a beginner I could still feel it and after not doing across or gymnastics or ballet after 3 years I think it will help me gain more of my flexibility back and I'm going to stay consistent this time. 12/12/2022

hey, i was once a biginner too and i wanted to tell you that if you don't raise your head and do a 5 min stretch at least twice a week, you'll never get ahead, i was lazy too and had many other broblems, but that didn't stop me from being who am i right now. I just wanted to say this so that you can continue your routine and surprise everyone like i did.
