I absolutely love Nounes videos and ton of information provided about various neighbourhoods. Awesome video Noune!
Thank you, Ani!
Great video as always! Very informative. I like Woburn,,, it's a nice town! The west side close to Lex has very nice (and expensive homes) compared to other parts of the town.
Very true!
You forgot to mention all the shopping and restaurants at the Woburn Village.
Thanks for mentioning it!
Cute! We're looking for a walkable downtown, but want land, so we don't mind being out of the city.
Keep watching my videos for inspiration and reach out to me, if I can be of help
Woburn doesn't have a walkable downtown. It's just one street (route 38) with a handful of businesses on one side of the (including 3 convenience stores) and a row of gas stations/car service businesses on the other side of the street.
For a town with a population of this size it's really shocking to not have a decent walkable area with high foot traffic.
Dollar Store is pretty much the largest business by footage in the downtown Woburn. That should tell you something...
What do you think about the school system in Woburn. I don't have kids but just want to see if the house could preserve value in a long run.
What can you say about Danvers?
I have a video about North Shore coming up very soon.
Many ancient Tartarian buildings are "found"' not built.
I don't want to live where the water is still contaminated lol
