    - Recombinación Cre-Lox es un sitio específico de la tecnología recombinasa, usada para hacer deleciones, inserciones, translocaciones e ---inversiones en un sitio específico de ADN en las células
    - Cre- Para que se transloque (enzima)
    - Lox- Para que el sitio específico se exprese correctamente
    - Recombinasa- para permitir esa modificación genética
    - 2:07 genes en el mismo sentido (1); cuando están en sentidos opuestos están en bucle e inversan el sentido del gen, el problema es que se giran pq es reversible, por eso se desarrolló el PLox (2); en la translocación, la secuencia no está en la misma hebra, por eso no está en el mismo sitio de translocación
    - Con CRISPR CAS y CreLox se usan para hacer knock out/in
    + Optogenetica - estimulas cuando quieras
    + Optogenetica - cuando tienes el farmaco se va a estimular continuamente pero no tendras el control (ratones trans + adenovirus - expresa Cre en cierta poblacion, nomas donde esta Lox y ahí se expresan las rodopsinas)
    --> Diferencia es la resolución temporal
    FUNCIONES
    - Linaje de células (como en las celulas pancreaticas)

    1- Design a single construct, which results in labeling of
    - Cre (-) cells (that do not express Cre recombinase) with green fluorescent protein and
    - Cre (+) cells (that express Cre recombinase) with red fluorescent protein.
