Thank you for your story! You give me so much hope. I had my strokes a year and a half ago. I had thought that once I had them the damage was done and the ordeal was over. But I've discovered since that my disabilities have worsened over time. So now I create exercises for myself to strengthen the areas that I lost. Good luck to you on your journey.

Your videos are incredibly inspiring! I experienced a stroke seven months ago, which has resulted in complete immobility in my right leg and right arm. I'm eager to learn about the exercises you pursued to improve your arm mobility. It's amazing to see you playing the guitar! Thank you for sharing your journey; it has filled me with hope.

I have done so many different exercises. Gross motor skills were easy. Fine {some of which are in different videos) were more difficult.

The tens unit is particularly helpful for fine motor skills. I made a video about that and of course my guitar video which give exercises I do.

I read recently that lion's mane mushroom powder has shown some promise. Any idea of that?

I also loose the cane in 4 month! My major concern is my hand. I can hold the handle of the weight pulley at the gym, but I can not open my fingers. How long it was for you to being able to open your hand? My arm is improving, but I still have a long road ahead.

Thanks very much for this video, in glad that you had the facilities and resources to assist. I have worked in a company for 18yrs and I have nothing in my bank account. So it's very though but I'm trying. Got it 3 months ago

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences, it helps me so much. I had to wait a couple months for physical & cognitive therapy but learned so much from RUclips to get started. I am 4 months out from my stroke & can walk & talk but still struggling with mental confusion, sensory overload & memory issues. Your videos are really helpful! 🙏

How long did it take you to loose the cane?
