  • After a stroke, many relationships are severed just when you need people the most. You suddenly become invisible. Employment, social friends, family, including spouses, all are at risk.

    i love your channel. Your channel was one of the first ones i came across that really gave me hope. My spouse had a stroke a week ago and you inspire me and him. i told him that you had your stroke more than 20 years ago and that you have a channel and how much you have recovered and how you are living a meaningful quality life, and how it is possible through your example. Much thanks for sharing your experience.

    hi rick just a note to say a massive thank you i had large stroke may 2021 and was at my lowest point like you went looking for help internet wise and found your videos they have been a massive inspiration and help to me followed all your advice and im getting there all be it slowly keep up the good work im sure you have helped many people reclaim their lifes all the best steve

      Thank you Rick I had a stroke six months ago, and I have thought I was the only one with these thoughts? I have been very positive and hard-working, but lately the oh poor me start pouring into my head. I am on vacation right now and when I get back, I’m going to re-dedicate myself to working hard and becoming more humble with my wife again thank you. 0:57

    I have a strock and to love m'y self and stop running around stop doing to Much for other because when is going bad noboby will help you and stop to be love by other ! Only the familly! Can help me m'y sister!

    I'm glad for you, that you conquered your stroke. Now is almost 7 years i'm trying to conquered my brainstem stroke and hope that will get better one day. Every day i'm busy to do my excersices. How long did it take you to recover, from your stroke?
