@@simonwilliamnoelmurray9179 Agreed it's a shame Rockstar stopped doing single-player DLC. I think Guarma as a concept might've been intriguing if only they had it like how it was originally; a big island with lots to explore and a longer storyline before they reduced it to an on-the-rails-section.
Remember it was meant to be released 6 months before it was. I reckon they did a lot of slicing and dicing. I think the epilogue should've been played as Sadie or Charles and you get to help John
@@MrCrazyrob666 I think John being playable in the epilogue was to more directly show the effects of Arthur's helping him, so I don't mind him being playable even though it didn't advance his character much. However, I think they could've had an epilogue with Dutch in case one had low honor.
I glitched into mexico once and for some reason it kept playing rdr1 ambient music It was pretty good but still, why is there rdr1 music in a map that you don't have access to in rdr2
I was hoping to travel to Mexico in this game. I even took a balloon using a trainer and used a hurricane option to blow me all the way till the map ended. At first you see desert and more desert and mountains, then polygons get less detailed, and eventually it looks smooth, and you hit the end of the map, it's not black, but it's eerie, there is nothing there, and it feel scary, and I am not a scary type. Like you found the limitation of the World and God is there to meet you like: "Hey, man. How you doing, you are not supposed to be here" in a big scary voice of God.
I wish they also brought over the New Austin ambient tracks from RDR1 into this game.
Pretty sure that some of the music is in there, very subtly so. I know I've played the game and heard RDR1 music.
@@MrCrazyrob666 I've only heard Heartlands ambient tracks being reused for New Austin.
@@themadtitan7603 I'm certain I've heard RDR1 music before New Austin is accessible. Very subtle. Maybe I'm wrong
You can hear rdr1 music in the menu screen if you're in lower WE or New Austin, I guess.
Yeah I’d MUCH rather listen to those than repetitive big valley tracks
The music for both RDR's was great but I think I like RDR 1's a little better.
I was hyped for if you could explore Nuevo Paraiso in rdr2. Sadly that dream was crushed, just like many others.
Yeah, Mexico was seemingly considered and cut late in development.
@@themadtitan7603 Disappointing we got Guarma instead of Mexico - also disappointing Rockstar decided to never make singleplayer DLC

Maybe Mexico was cut from the game just like Guarma

Escalera theme from rdr 1
