Yeah and honestly the Van der Linde gang story is basically completed and it’d be really weird to extend its story anymore if they were to make another game.
@@SupercoolRadicoolthey should make a third game maybe where you play as javier in mexico running with del lobos until they turn on him or he turns on them whatever is cannon to the story. and the redemption arc should be javier at his lowest point being hunted by del lobos losing everyone and everything he loved until he runs into the van der linde gang in new austin. i just thought it’d be a good concept🤷🏻♂️
They should make rdr3 about México and other places down south like Cuba or Puerto Rico to show what it was like to be down there in 1800s. I mean rdr2 was set in 1899 were the Spanish American war and Philippine American war started .
Although I don't remember hearing this in RDR2, when you're on the American side of the San Luis River in (particularly after the Fisher of Fish mission), you'll hear the Mexico ambient music from RDR1 playing. Already had some nostalgia pumping the blood! The same is when you last saved in New Austin and next load RDR2 the main menu will have the RDR1 New Austin music playing while viewing over Armadillo or somewhere in the desert. Stopping by to clear some confusion with this tune in particular. Firstly, this isn't fanmade infact it's almost directly taken from RDR1 Undead Nightmare's soundtrack, which plays in Mexico within the Tesoro Azul location. Don't believe me? Listen to this: ruclips.net/video/YyylQzne3E0/видео.html The upload date of 2013 should confirm this. Secondly, this does indeed play ingame for you to listen to. Lots of people have reported having issues with this playing for them, you need to be in New Austin and be fighting the Del Lobos' gang. I've heard it play in Thieves landing, Twin Rocks, Fort Mercer and Gaptooth Breach. Namely I have certainly heard it most in Fort Mercer, I don't know why but it just seems to play more often there. Could entirely be a coincidence though. And finally, no even though this song is called "Mexico" you cannot legitimately access Nuevo Paraiso. Nor will there be any content or things to do there. You can see El Presidio in the distance from Henigans Stead, and hear some music played in Mexico in RDR1 along the San Luis River in Rio Bravo. As of the time of writing this comment which is 4th May 2021, you still cannot access Mexico in RDR2, despite it being a few years after release there hasn't been anything new. *Sigh* Oh well...
