Boxiest did a "What if Johnny never existed?" video, and much of it would be similar in a "What if Johnny never joined Cobra Kai?" situation.
Because Johnny never joined Cobra Kai, he would have continued to have a lousy home life with Sid.
He would have never learned to "strike first", so he and Ali never start dating. Because of that, he never declares war on Daniel when he sees the two of them together. In fact, he and Daniel might have become friends then.
Tommy doesn't join Cobra Kai and might have eventually got up the nerve to ask Ali out.
Bobby would have been the top Cobra, and might have been able to keep Dutch reeled in.
Because Johnny doesn't target Daniel here, Daniel never starts learning karate under Mr. Miyagi, so Cobra Kai continues to dominate the karate scene in the valley.
After high school, he would have still wound up drifting through life with no direction or purpose, possibly still an alcoholic.

What if Kreese formed Eagle Fang instead of Cobra Kai
Tbh I couldn’t see sam and robby just staying as friends. Miguel would likely end up FaceTiming Sam he’d see her with Robby and one of two things would happen, Miguel asks her to stop being friends with the guy who tried killing him and she’d agree breaking off the friendship with Robby or (the more likely one) Sam refuses to do so, Miguel in turn breaks up with her and sam and Robby would likely get back together (as evident from how she told Robby she still cared deeply for him at the start of the season, as well as how at the prom she was shown watching them the most and admitted that Robby broke her heart something as far as I can remember she never said/felt for Miguel) or at the very least be extremely close friends, creating a large rift between those two and Miguel, Miguel would then having had enough of Sam’s flip flopping he’d ultimately cut ties with Sam and in turn daniel deciding to train with Johnny solely while still incorporating miyagi do karate into his practices and would likely stay single for the rest of the series focusing only on karate or he’d have met someone down in Mexico (I could see the girl being a maid or neighbor of his father’s estate there) shortly after his break up with Sam and would have a long distance relationship with her or, would find a way to have her make it to America likely towards the end of season 5 or early on in season 6, ultimately towards the end of season 6 Miguel would reach out to Sam and say something along the lines of “I still love and care for you a lot but it never seems to work for us, I think we’d be better off as school acquaintances rather than dojo friends/ boyfriend and girlfriend”
At least that’s how I feel it would have gone down.

@@eagle4344 I’m not positive I don’t really remember season 3 all that much but I think it’s referring to how he left her with no word and that type of stuff. I personally can’t stand Sam she (IMO) doesn’t really deserve to be with Miguel or Robby or really any of the cast we met to be completely honest.

If Robby won the boys final, not much would change:
Robby winning would give Cobra Kai top dojo before the girls final took place.
As he had fulfilled his end of the deal in making sure Cobra Kai won, the ref would have called the girls final fairly and Sam would have won.
Tory would still find out about Silver bribing the ref.
Robby would still stop Kenny beating up Anthony, realize Kenny had gone full-blown "No Mercy" Cobra Kai, and would still have the scene with Johnny.
Silver still announces plans to expand Cobra Kai, and would still double-cross Kreese.

I pondered it, but I can't see how Robby and Tory would get together in S2. They were in opposing dojos, and Robby was with Sam when Tory was introduced.
Addendum: I pondered it for a long time, then someone suggested "What if Tory saved Robby at the beach in S2?" I felt Tory would more "help" Robby than "save" him, but THAT could then lead to the two getting them together. In addition, it would give Tory an alibi when Sam accused her of stealing Amanda's wallet.

If Miguel had won the boys division, that means he would have beaten Eli in the semis, so Miyagi-Do would have fewer points and Cobra Kai probably would have won top dojo before the finals even took place.
Some people actually tossed around the possibility that Miguel (Eagle Fang) wins the boys final, Sam (Miyagi-Do) wins the girls final, but Cobra Kai takes top dojo, leading to a "nobody wins" scenario, so none of the dojos have to close.

I'm not sure if Anthony could join Cobra Kai. Daniel would disown him in a heartbeat, Johnny wouldn't have wanted to teach "Daniel LaRusso's son" in S1-2, and I don't think Kreese would see him as being "Cobra Kai material". However, if he did somehow manage to get past that and actually join the dojo, I think he'd take to karate a lot better, given that he finds Daniel's chore-based teaching methods "boring".

Lol what if demetri beat robby funny joke
If Demitri beat Robby, it would have led to Demitri vs. Eli in the finals. With two Miyagi-Dos in the boys final, it might have given them enough points that they would have won top dojo, or at least insured a tie with Cobra Kai.

Then Demetri would’ve made a big mistake in his life.
Season 4 what if robby won in the tournament ?
What if Miguel won the all valley.
If Miguel won All Valley in S4, that means he beat Eli, meaning Miyagi-Do wouldn't have had enough points to challenge Cobra Kai for top dojo, so Cobra Kai would have won before the finals even take place. Miguel would have won the boys division here, and with top dojo cinched up, the ref might not have been as biased in the girls final, so Sam would have won.
During the lead-up to S4, some people actually pitched the scenario of Miguel (Eagle Fang) winning the boys division, Sam (Miyagi-Do) winning the girls and Cobra Kai still winning top dojo, leading to a "nobody wins" scenario where none of the dojos have to close.

Mike Barnes had no emotional ties to Cobra Kai like Johnny did, so he wouldn't have reopened it. Besides, I have every confidence Mike Barnes has his own dojo (or several) somewhere, just not in the valley.

You know sams till could have won even if the referee hadn't been bribed. Just saying
Show would of ended But if he gave Sam the point instead it would of been 2-2 sooner where we seen both girls actually end up both giving 150% we seen Sam couldn't land winning hit with Tory thinking it was her last chance to win. I still think Tory beats Sam if both girls new it was 2-2 so Basically you think the fight plays out the same way it did after ref called Tory out of bounds but we all know we all fight differently when your on last point. Your logic is flawed Sam wouldn't of won either way just Tory would of ended the fight sooner. The elbow might of actually still happen because it was 2-2 at the time but it was actually Tory character growth where she refused to fight dirty. Tory fought the right way even at the end Tory got 3rd point her first words was are you okay to Sam now that's a champion!
