So, here's what I think:
Everything is the same up to Miguel beating in Robby's head. However, after this, Miguel would kick Robby onto the road and a car would ram over Robby's head. Then, Johnny would see this and ask his students what happened and who the guy is. Kyler would say that that's Robby. Then, a fight would break out between Johnny and his students. Eventually, Johnny would end up throwing Miguel onto the road. Miguel looks to his right and sees a car coming in, the car comes and kills Miguel. Johnny starts to feel very bad. Suddenly, the other students shove Johnny onto the road. Johnny, however, drags them along with him. They all die. The end.

@@iludhuka1211 For purposes of the story, Miguel had to be the one to face Kyler. His whole story arc was about being bullied by Kyler and company, and his training with Johnny to deal with him. If Sam mops the floor with Kyler, it makes him and Miguel look pathetic, and possibly brands Sam as a Mary Sue, and she has a hatedom among the CK fans.
It was pretty clear Sam was itching to fight Kyler in the cafeteria, after the rumors he was spreading about her. However, she had stopped doing karate when she was 8, so she was not at the level she was in seasons 2 and 3. She would definitely get a surprise move in at the beginning, but I'm not sure if she could have taken him. And if she did, would Brucks and company have joined in like they did with Miguel? Four wrestlers fighting a girl, regardless of her training, is a no-win situation for them: if they win, "they ganged up on a girl", and if they lose, "they got their ass kicked by a girl".
The other thing to remember is Sam was wearing a dress at the time of the cafeteria fight. Could she have taken Kyler on AND maintained her modesty? My thought is Sam goes for a kick to Kyler, he blocks it and just tosses her backwards, causing her to land in a very UN-ladylike position, humiliating her in front of everyone there, which prompts Miguel to step in.

Yasmine wouldn't have joined Cobra Kai then. She would have walked in, taken one look at Aisha and left. Besides, she seems like the kind of girl who doesn't like to exert herself because she doesn't want to get sweaty and ruin her makeup.
I'm sure Mike Barnes has a dojo somewhere, but he never had the attachment to Cobra Kai Johnny did, so I don't think he would have reopened CK.
@Mike H I'm not a fan of the "X from the movies is the parent of Y from the show" theories. The guys in charge are too good to do something cheap like that. Besides, I'm still on the fence as to what side Barnes will be on.

What if Chozen took the place of Johnny in Cobra Kai(series) and made his own dojo called Rising Sun Karate.
What if Miguel wasn’t in coma in season 3 but instead was just unconscious with no injuries.
What if Xander joined Cobra Kai in season 2.
It was pretty clear Daniel's issue with Johnny in S1 was reopening Cobra Kai. If he had called his dojo ANYTHING but that, Daniel wouldn't have had a problem. He might have even offered to help him with the business side of running a dojo.
Personally, I can't see any circumstances that would prompt Chozen to move out of Japan, but for sake of argument, if he did move to the valley and open a dojo, Daniel might pay a visit, see Chozen and get a little fearful, remembering how things ended between them in KK2. Chozen would welcome him in and either A) invite him to spar with him some time or B) if he has a class going on, he lets Daniel watch then offers a sparring session. Either way, we HAVE to have a scene similar to their match in S3, where Chozen uses the pressure point technique to beat Daniel, honks his nose and reveals he holds no grudge against him.
Chozen got over his anger with Daniel and moved on with his life sooner. Johnny didn't. We'll see soon how well Mike Barnes handled losing to Daniel.
What if Hawk kicked Demetri over the balcony
If Hawk did that, it would have had the same "What have I done?" effect it did when he broke Demitri's arm in season 3, only worse. Obviously, he would have gone to juvie instead of Robby, but I think he would have done better against Shawn when he got there.

@Mike H If Sam and Kyler never get together, then she would have stayed friends with Moon and Yasmine, as they disowned her when Kyler started spreading rumors about her. Miguel would have still fought Kyler at some point, but it wouldn't have been over "defending Sam's honor", so they don't get together. Because they don't get together, they don't break up, so Sam probably doesn't start doing karate again.

I always saw Miguel as Robby’s “bully”.
Miguel is no bully Kyler is throughout the series both Miguel and Robbie go through character development in regards to their Arc but Kyler continues to remain the douchebag that he is with no respect for
Robby is Miguel's bully. He kicked Miguel off the Balcony and was messing with Miguel in Season 4.

Miguel showed Mercy to Robby. If Miguel were a bully like Kyler, Chozen or Shawn, he would break Robby's arm or kick him off the Balconny.
