If Terry Silver wasn't there, there would be no film. Kreese would have just closed Cobra Kai and drifted out of the valley.
Daniel and Mr. Miyagi would have returned from Okinawa and gone on with their lives, but Daniel would not defend his title at the 1985 All Valley.
Mike Barnes would have continued high school in his hometown and being "Karate's Bad Boy", participating in (and winning) tournament all over the country.
