I finally did it yesterday and my legs are feeling it today. A lot 😮! To my advanced exercisers, I had two dumbbells, one was heavier for those exercises that used both legs. This worked amazingly well. Awesome job Kathrin. I will be doing this one soon. Thank you❤

I loved this with one dumbbell and repeating sets! I always feel like that gives me the ability to master the form and move up in weights. I only have 2 spinlock dumbbells so adjusting weights isn’t always a fast endeavor but for this I had one at 12kg and one at 10kg and it worked perfectly. My mat was drenched even though it was leg day 😂 You’re the best and this video really is a great example of why you are❤
