    You've really stepped up your game! The workouts have been incredible (varied, challenging but fun, EFFECTIVE), but your production value has become incredible too.     love. love, love this ! I have been exercising for 3 years, lost around 30k, and I only do it to your videos and nothing else. Nobody is more credible, likeable on youtube. I combine your old and new videos, 5 times a week with cardio separately. Thank you Kay, keep them coming! :)

    Absolutely love your workouts!!! When I was in Mexico( Canadian girl) over Christmas, I had many people stop and ask me in the gym who I was following as the workouts were so strong!
    Every morning I share with my daughter as well! We both love you KayKay!

    I just want to say what an incredible workout this was. I have saved kt flr another time again. I done it on Monday 21/1/24 and my legs/glutes are still feeling it. I upped my weight to challenge myself out of my comfort and was surprised with my capability Thnak you again for all that you do 🥰

    WOWZA that was hardcore!!! 😅 Loooved the combos of exercises, really lit up my entire lower body 🦵🔥 I was shaking so bad at the end w/the wall sits 🙈 (I'm sure to be sore tomorrow 🫠) Feeling so wonderful & pumped now though!! Extraordinary work KayKay 🫡 Thanks again dear 🙏🤍🤎

    30mnts intense is perfect for those of us who dont have too much time in the morning or just maybe a bit lazy like me🙈👏. Love lower body workouts. Its the but and the legs for me the most difficult to train!🙌😘

    I used 15kg for all of the exercise. For the bodyweight exercises, I used 6kg. A nice workout. Thank you for the cues before each exercise. I liked the transitions and the variety .Love the music.

    I've just found your workouts after using RUclips for my workouts since the pandemic. I love how your videos, especially, feel as if you're working multiple muscles at once. For only 30 minutes, I am actually tired at the end. It feels much longer than 30 minutes!

    Wieder ein richtig gutes Lower Body Workout! 🔥🥵🥰 Wow!!! Die Beine und der Po haben gut gebrannt, aber genau das liebe ich einfach. Seit zwei Jahren mache ich nun nur noch deine Lower Body Workouts, weil diese einfach am meisten Spaß machen, mich herausfordern und vor allem effektiv sind und mich stärker machen! ❤ Danke Kathrin!

    I finally did it yesterday and my legs are feeling it today. A lot 😮! To my advanced exercisers, I had two dumbbells, one was heavier for those exercises that used both legs. This worked amazingly well. Awesome job Kathrin. I will be doing this one soon. Thank you❤

    I loved this with one dumbbell and repeating sets! I always feel like that gives me the ability to master the form and move up in weights. I only have 2 spinlock dumbbells so adjusting weights isn’t always a fast endeavor but for this I had one at 12kg and one at 10kg and it worked perfectly. My mat was drenched even though it was leg day 😂 You’re the best and this video really is a great example of why you are❤

    I loved it. I do enjoy longer leg workouts however this was great and intense to make up for another 30 mins there is no doubt about that haha❤🙏😊

    Ich hatte so viel Spaß, allein du am Ende mit dem Kissen 😂 aber zwischendurch habe ich auch so geflucht innerlich aus dem Mantra „embrace the burn“ wurde ganz schnell „🤬 the burn“ 😅 - repeat kann so gemein sein. Aber die Zeit verflog und du siehst einfach amazing aus! Habe neue Motivation gewonnen DANKE
