So all of the sirens have been decommisioned exept siren G and trl (they are the only sirens left but the trl (aka siren F) siren is now blocked by the houses and its only not being tested, same as siren G but siren G is still visible.
Apparently the equipment is being donated to local museums! Also I went to Siren G today and it worked! Amazing! Video was uploaded this afternoon. If you want to visit them then there's still time! Send me a message on RUclips if you're able to come at some point in the near future.
@@MichalMI was able to visit siren J (at least where it once stood) and I have found many pieces of it like nuts and bolts. I plan to upload a video on it soon.

Both very reliable but removed sirens. I have to agree with you about Siren I, the sound of it is amazing! Siren L is also nice but not as good as Siren M in 2010. If they were to fix any siren, but only one siren, it would HAVE to be Siren I. The start-up of it is awesome!
Siren L is my favorite because the running up is super slow and Siren I Is my favorite because it is in a colorful placement. But Siren I still exists.
That's what I fail to understand. Sirens A, H, I, and L were very reliable, yet they were the 1st ones to be decommissioned! Very unusual. I guess it's the fact that some councils were more eager to get rid of the sirens than others, or maybe the fact that those sirens are easily accessible? I'm not sure, but it does confuse me. P.S. Expect a final video about Siren G to come out on Monday. I have a new camera with a 25x optical zoom, and I shall attempt to film the siren on Monday. (let's hope it goes off!)
@@ZLDSmogless Yep, I would admit H is more boring for me but A just made a sound that no other siren made unless they started up exactly like A. I would love to have heard most of them.
@@MichalM if you think British escape sirens are extinct, the state hospital, Carstairs has 9 sirens as part of its escape system. Trouble is, it's 400 miles away from London

I visited the sirens on Monday - Sirens A, C, D, E, F, H, I, J, and L have been decommissioned. Despite Siren F being decommissioned, it is still in existence on its tower. Siren B still exists - not sure if it works, Siren G yesterday, audio uploaded yesterday, Siren K you can't see, however it hasn't been decommissioned, Siren M hasn't been decommissioned, but many people have visited but been disappointed as the siren did not sound. Your best bet is Siren G. It worked for me!
Michal M Siren E is still there as of a few months ago when I last visited (bear in mind on a the shutters were jammed) just curious to see if it is still operational

as of 2021, Siren F has been removed, I don't know if Siren G has been removed or if it is still in place.
I hope the closure is repaired again and not equal to the whole plant given to the scrap. I am from Germany and find the sirens cool.

Siren G sounded perfectly 2 weeks ago! Sirens F and M are still on their towers. I have no idea as to the status of Siren B.

Both very reliable but removed sirens. I have to agree with you about Siren I, the sound of it is amazing! Siren L is also nice but not as good as Siren M in 2010. If they were to fix any siren, but only one siren, it would HAVE to be Siren I. The start-up of it is awesome!
