Changing both front on my 2016 today. Thanks for the info on the connector. So much rust on the reluctor wheel. My sensors were stuck tight. I needed to chisel them out!
My Tucson also found the same problem, after 120,000 km, I went to the Hyundai dealer, after diagnosing, they told me that there is a problem with the rear wheel hub, but I said no, I think there is a problem with the rear wheel speed sensor, the price of the rear wheel hub It was about 100 dollars that I gave up on changing it. Hyundai repair shop told me that you can drive, but you don't have abs brake, what do you think??? Should I replace the rear wheel hub????
There's a rear wheel hub with a speed sensor on rockauto for 64 DollarBucks. You could try replacing just the sensor and see if it will connect back to the system. The car will drive with a bad sensor, but the safety features are degraded, ABS, traction control and such get info from each wheel speed sensor
Hi I got same problem, 2016 Hyundai tucson right hand drive, guess that’s what I need to do aswell, same lights on too, do you think I should change sensor too
I just bought a 2017 base Tuscon and I've had a random issue with the ABS, Traction and Hill Assist Lights coming on. I don't notice anything wrong with the way it drives. Usually after a restart the lights go off. What can cause this and what is the fix? This started happening to me yesterday. Also, when I turn on engine light (without starting the engine) the speedometer jumps up and down and the seatbelt warning beeping starts and a kind of crunching noise for a few seconds from somewhere on the outside.
Is there a way I can test the wheel sensors to see which one is bad? I have ABS, Blond Spot Detection, Traction Control and hill assist lights one the dash on my 2018 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate and I've read it COULD be the wheel speed sensor. But before I go replace them all is there a way I can test each one?
Couple of ways to check which one. Buy a code reader with/for SRS. I picked one off of Amazon but I had to update firmware to read 2018. Go to the dealer and have them run a scan. Go to a local shop and have them run a scan. You can check the local auto parts. Autozone will read codes for free, but I'm not clear on if they have a SRS reader. SRS- supplemental restraint system
@@ELDESTBuilds Awesome thanks! I appreciate the info and video. I've searched high and low and only seen videos of changing the hub sensors which I don't think are what I need.

Thanks , in my case sometimes it is on tracking control , turn off the engine/restart and disappear, could be the same sensor speed ? 🤔
Traction control works off the same sensors. This one would reset in the beginning, and then one day, every light came on.

You need a SRS scan to determine which sensor is bad. There's one on each wheel. Most shops have the scan tool.

ABS, traction control and hill climb lights are probably related to a wheel speed sensor
Clean and neat... awesome job bru
Thanks buddy

@nickf5091 welcome
Hi bro. I have the same issue with my tucson where did you get that cable? And what is the name of the cable brother? Thank you
Wheel speed sensor, from Rockauto.com. You need to have the car scanned to determine which wheel senor to replace.
Thanks bro. Done scanning i hope i do have the same totally issue with your car
@nickgesmundo7564 pretty straightforward replacement process. Turned the key, and all the dashboard lights were back to normal.
@@ELDESTBuilds thank you for this video my is fixed

@Pardeep.stockanalyst have a shop scan the SRS system. It will indicate which sensor is bad.
