Can you remove the bottom rim and partial fenders that are black from the nose .the

The very bottom of the nose front that starts at the front half of the fender wellsand wraps around the bottom of the whole nose cone.is that removable from the nose without removing the whole front nose.just the bottom wrap from fender,front to fender.or is the nose all one piece
