hello quick question does the chrome on the roof rails pop off with trim tool?

My 2021 Atlas got rear ended and the key fob antenna is hanging down. Damage is only very minor. Do you know where I can clip it back? Like the place of the antenna.

you da man ... I'm about to turn 60 white guy who sits behind a computer all day - not all that handy (but I guess I am at least a little bit). Anyway this video gave me the courage to make this a DIY. It is off - tomorrow I put the new one back on. I got a painted bumper from Chicago Painted Auto Body Parts shipped to my house for about $950. I think it didn't take more than about 30 min to take it off.
