Seems to be holding up fine! I'll try and grab a short video of the sleeves this weekend.
REP Fitness Helios Squat Bar Sleeves 😲
Can you speak to how it compares to the Kabuki squat bar? I was looking at getting the rogue squat bar but a few people said it flexes quite a bit. Now I'm looking at the rep or Cerberus.
I missed this my bad. I haven't tried the Kabuki one, this is prob one of the first times I've actually used a squat bar since Im not pushing enough weight to really need one. More of a curiosity purchase really but I do use it every time I hit squats now haha.
The Helios Squat Barbell has no end play, only if they had a bare steel option, the knurl is aggressive but would liked if it was sharper, good barbell overall, great review 👍
I thought it would be sharper from the images and off first glance when I picked it up but definitely it isn't as sharp as I was expecting it to be.
