  • As humans, a lot of our stress tends to translate in to shoulder tension, and this is quite detrimental for singers. Our shoulders are so connected to our neck, jaw, tongue and larynx, so freeing them up is vital!
    This short practice has some gentle stretches and yoga postures for the upper body. It would be great to do in the morning, before voice use or as a nice release in the evening. Suitable for all levels but if you do have particularly tight shoulders, just go as far as feels good for you! There will be modifications throughout.
