Dropping from 60fps to 30fps is a huge sacrifice right off the bat. Now I'm used to 60 I have to say I don't like playing with any less. 60fps with v-sync all day.
Been playing on PS5 and the HFR mode is awesome if you've got a TV that can handle it, graphics doesn't look much different performance to HFR mode they could up the graphics on performance mode for sure
V sync actually with the right TV brings fidelity to 4k 60fps I'm running it, but either way is laughable you wanna play next hen gaming in 1080p regardless of frames this is pve game not pvp is not a hard game either fps doesn't matter that much, the quality is literally double don't play last Gen because you have zero logic

The game runs smoothly, and quite frankly, the graphical fidelity is just fine, why would I want to take a step back and go to 30 frames per second to get a better face animation on a face I don’t even fucking see because it’s got a goddamn helmet on all the time
Half of us went from not caring abt graphics back then to now crying like a baby who hasn't had they bottle yet about 60fps, as long as the game works and runs im having fun regardless and not being sensitive abt graphic😂
here's my tip, either turn down auto aim to around 20-30 or turn it off it makes your crosshair pull to center of mass instead of letting you keep the crosshair on your targets forehead
Well, there are certain things too. I noticed that the only bug I spotted was talking to the instructor once, when the instructor did not speak, there was no voice acting associated so and in the text boxes were happening way too fast on top of that but if it were not for the text boxes, you wouldn’t have a clue because the instructor didn’t speak to me all I got was outrageously fast changing text boxes so at this point you kind of need to leave it on and maybe when the final game comes out, you won’t have to have it on more immersive if you just hear the talking with no text but right at the moment, I left mine on

reasonable tips for me on ps5 besides switching the controles so powers are on r1 and l1 fires the grapple(which you can only do by setting you controller to left handed and then change you aim and shoot settings back to the right buttons and scanning back to r3) the first thing i had to change was aim assist the default 80 causes aim assist to keep pulling your aim from the head to the chest. which got real annoying fighting the aim assist al the time like using an old joystick from the 80s with force feedback, had to tone it down to 50 to get it to work normally and not pull my aim away form the head too the chest al the time.

@Truds The aim assist is horrible. You aim and can't get a headshot because your reticle sticks to the chest, and it's suuuuper sticky. Reminds me of OG Battlefront's sticky reticle. u wildin' playin @ 30fps.
Performance mode for me all day for me
what character is that been looking for her
It’s Valby
@@Truds I had that outfit in beta are they not dropping it again
Wow you missed what I feel would be the most useful ones man I need to be making these videos
Entire thing comes down to personal preference.
can I ask why you want 120 hrz if youplay with 30 fps?
If you can go higher go higher, it was just a suggestion, whilst I discussed all the options
Can anyone help my character keep freezing when I interact with certain things and I can't complete the (Move to the fallen theater) quest bc when I interact with the computer or whatever I can't move... I have to abort mission and fast travel to another place to unstuck/unfreeze myself. I don't know if anyone else have this problem but for me I can't do anything
I want to be able to feel smooth and not feel like the game is delayed on my button presses so ill stick to performance mode. Fidelity makes it look nice yes but if you want a smooth gameplay definitely stick to 60FPS. Sensitivity is also a preference just whatever feels comfortable to you. So this video honestly is just saying if you want better looks go for fidelity and the rest is whatever feels good to you. Not vert useful ngl. No hate just stating the facts.
1080 p is gross I'll pass on your advice lmao, sorry but if I wanted to play 1080p ide go buy a ps3 or Xbox 360
@@Love4Yoshua im on 2 sum 1080 p is gross thats why ion use it lol
Im on a 65 inch TV with 4K graphics plus to 2140 or sum like that so 60 frames performance does not look different than fidelity with the 4K graphics an 2140 but if your stuck on 1080 p I could see why youd use fidelity.
@FTA_Ice I have lg c2 and it's running 4k 120 fps despite it saying 4k 30 fps is what it'll do lol 😆 yall should just buy good products if you want smooth crisp interaction
@@FTA_Ice smart man
Firerate is linked to fps in this game. Someone proved it. So higher fps is actually better.
Us Gen Xers don't care about fps. We care more about how it looks. The younger generations are "durrrrr I need frame rate "
Man i need your help badly
Ive play this 2days old but yesterday it got maintenance
Then after maintenance my game is update .
After update the game is stock at shaders ..
My pc specs is RTX 2060oc cpu is ryzen 5 3600X but sadly cant play because it stocks at shaders
Yeah I had a bad time too after yesterdays update, hopefully they’ll fix it!
@@Truds ahh so possible they can fix it right? thanks man you give me hope ! 🤗
After the update my rtx 2070 can't handle the graphics even the lowest possible in the game, i don't know why i got 18 fps at lowest
@@egiomansyah8442 he said they can fix it mybe the problem is about the update until now it always stock at shader and something come to my screen and said change the resolution and endtask other application i did many times nothings change at all .. sadly i want to play badly :(

“i’M gOiNg To BuY a $3000 pC tHeN cOmPlaIn AbOuT fps On A fReE 2 pLaY gAmE”
I definitely don’t have a $3k pc, in my dreams maybe 😂
@@Truds I was referring to the ppl in your comment section complaining about changing the settings to 30fps. I throughly enjoyed your video and appreciate the advice
@@someOldBaldguy I thought you were tbh just didn’t know if it was obvious I wasn’t on pc or not! Glad you enjoyed it, cheers 😎
I know its a beta but does the graphics look abit funny for anyone else on ps5 aswell?
Thanks for the tips.
I also deactivated hdr cause it rendered the game a bit too bright.
No worries cheers 😎
I still feel like HDR on looks way better. I'm also on PC, windows 11. Maybe it's different on console
Damn you talk a lot without saying much. Literally watching this on x2 speed was still too much.
😎
Couldnt finish the video due to the salesman way he talks... he is absolutely correct on some of these tho... i only made it to beginning of motion blur..
Going to the comments for advice
Good call
Bruh,
You definitely notice the 30fps drop. Sure the game looks good in fidelity but that extra 30fps makes a bigger impact overall imo
They are actually updating it with todays patch, so I’m interested to see what they’ve done exactly!
Here's a tip for lag if you want no lag and no hackers turn off crossplay and don't play on PC
me not wanted to run all ultra cause i get under 100 fps 💀💀
TFD is an ugly (taa artifacts and grainy shadows you can't change) unoptimised mess (30fps on 1440p on Valby in Kuiper Mine after one hour) on The Highest End hardware (7950+4090), and runs like poop. What do you mean it's good?
(I mean I guess that's good for PS5 standards... but then Hellblade exists and could teach any developer a lesson in beauty and performance - including me as a senior game coder)
